Putin issued with international arrest warrant over war crimes in Ukraine

The warrant seeks to haul him before a tribunal in The Hague, Netherlands, for allegedly trafficking Ukrainian children from occupied territories into Russia.

Reports by the UN, multiple human rights agencies and the US Department of State have detailed a ‘vast network’ of detention facilities and convoys in which civilians have been forced away from their homes since the start of the war.
