The Egyptian Meteorological Authority predicts hot weather on Monday during the day in Greater Cairo, Lower Egypt, northern Upper Egypt and the northern coasts, with very hot weather in South Sinai and southern Upper Egypt.
Milder temperatures are predicted at night north of the country, with hotter weather in South Sinai and southern Upper Egypt.
Satellites monitored low and medium clouds on the northwestern coasts and the delta, with active winds to sweep several parts of the nation.
Active yet intermittent winds are predicted on the northwestern coasts.
Mists will thin out in the morning on the northern coasts, the Nile Delta, Greater Cairo, the Suez Canal cities, and Sinai.
Meteorologists advised citizens to turn their fans off by nightfall, as temperatures will fall sharply by evening.
