Thwarting an attempt to smuggle (25) kilograms of narcotic hashish in the Asir region

Border Guard ground patrols in the Dhahran Al-Janoub sector in the Asir region were able to arrest two violators of the border security system, for attempting to smuggle (25) kilograms of narcotic hashish. The initial legal procedures were completed against them, and they and the seized items were handed over to the competent authority.
The security authorities are called upon to report all information available to citizens and residents about any activities related to drug smuggling or drug promotion, by calling the numbers (911) in the regions of Makkah Al-Mukarramah, Riyadh, and Al-Sharqiyah, and (999) in the rest of the regions of the Kingdom, and the General Directorate’s reports number.
