For years, fans have speculated about how the SKIMs founder, 45, has maintained her youthful appearance and ageless complexion.
The reality star has long insisted that she never went under the knife or got plastic surgery, but has been open about how she’s gotten Botox on numerous occasions.
Now, dramatic new computer-generated images have revealed what the reality star might have looked like had she not undergone the tweakments.
Artificial intelligence was instructed to analyze photos of the businesswoman when she was younger and predict what her appearance would be at age 45 had she kept everything natural.
And the results were shockingly different from what she actually looks like at this age.
Despite the ongoing scrutiny surrounding her ever-evolving appearance, Kardashian has said that she’s relied on skincare, laser treatments and the occasional injectable to maintain her famously sculpted look.
‘I’ve tried Botox before. That’s the only thing that I’ve done,’ she told ABC’s Nightline back in 2010.

She denied having a nose job at the time, despite speculation, saying: ‘I’ve never had my nose done.
‘What’s funny is about my nose, it’s my biggest insecurity. I always wanted a nose job, but people think I did – and that makes me so happy.’
In response to rumors about buttock-enhancing surgery, she famously underwent an on-air scan during an episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians to ‘prove’ there were no implants involved.
In 2022, Kardashian told Allure that she had ‘chilled’ with her Botox, adding that there was ‘nothing worse’ than going ‘too far’ with cosmetic enhancements.
‘A little bit of Botox… but I’ve chilled, actually,’ she stated. ‘I’m 41. I always want to look appropriate.
‘There does come a point when you’ve taken it too far – overfilled, too tight, too much cosmetic work. There’s nothing worse.
She also denied having any filler or implants at the time.
‘No filler. I’ve never had eyelash extensions. I’ve never done anything. I’ve never filled my cheeks. I’ve never filled my lips,’ she said.

While she says she hasn’t had surgery, Kardashian has been open about undergoing non-invasive procedures, including the increasingly popular Morpheus8 laser, which combines microneedling with radiofrequency to tighten and firm skin.
In 2022, Kardashian posted about having the treatment on her stomach, calling it a ‘game changer’ and adding: ‘It’s painful but worth it.’
She’s also infamously admitted to trying the so-called ‘vampire facial’ – a platelet-rich plasma (PRP) treatment involving blood being drawn and re-injected into the skin – but later said she regretted it.
‘It was really rough and painful… it is the one treatment that I’ll never do again,’ she said.
In addition, she’s rumored to be a fan of polynucleotide injections – dubbed ‘salmon sperm facials’ – however, she has not directly confirmed using them herself.
