One of Goldie’s beauty secrets is keeping her skincare routine simple and using the magic of her own hands.

‘I wash my face every day,’ she told Ageless Radiance Club, ‘And I massage it for about three minutes, and then I put creams on my face, and I go to sleep.

‘And then I wake up in the morning and do the same thing, I don’t do much. I was using coconut oil for a while on my face.’

She went on to add that her mother used to ‘squeeze lemons’ onto her face for the exfoliating acid – a homemade beauty hack that wouldn’t ‘cost you a fortune.’

Staying hydrated and protecting her skin from the sun have always been top priorities for the Christmas Chronicles 2 star.

And it’s all in the genes for Goldie when it comes to her famous blonde locks, as the First Wives Club star has never colored her hair.

‘I know it sounds strange, Hawn told Allure, ‘but I’ve never colored my hair. I just put a regular rinse on it because I don’t have any chemicals on it.’

When it comes to maintaining her stunning figure, Goldie does trampolining, yoga, weights and strolls–to boost her mood.

As the founder of MindUp, a program to help children better process emotions, the actress advocates the benefits of exercise in improving overall mental health.

In 2020, she shared a workout video with her followers, revealing what motivates her to keep fit.

She penned: ‘Research shows that people who exercise regularly have better mental health and emotional wellbeing.

‘Physical exercise can help boost our mood, concentration, and also help us achieve a positive outlook on life.

‘The great news is that exercise doesn’t have to be strenuous or take a long time to make us feel good.

‘Studies show low or moderate intensity exercise is enough to make a difference in our mood, behaviour and thinking patterns.

‘The levels of chemicals in the brain, such as serotonin, stress hormones and endorphins, can change after just a few minutes of a light workout!

‘Recent research also indicates that exercise decreases sleep complaints and insomnia, and also improves our coping ability and self-esteem.

‘We all know the physical benefits of exercise but it can also profoundly impact our mental health in an amazing way.’

Giving further insight into her routine, she previously told People in 2017: ‘I try to drink my juices, I try to work out every day a little bit, I find moments in the day.

‘I have short meditation spurts during the day. If I don’t have a long one in the morning.

‘I hike, I bike, I try to move as much as possible.’

‘I try to stay positive and be very, very active. I walk every day and I run and do all kinds of that.’

When it comes to her diet plan, Goldie’s core tenets are food separation and not overeating.

‘I don’t eat a lot,’ she told People. ‘I think we overeat.

‘I don’t put a lot of food in my stomach and I don’t mix my foods too much.

‘So if I want to have, like, protein, I’ll just eat a bowl of lentils, I won’t mix it with a bunch of stuff.’

Goldie knows that taking care of what’s inside benefits your outside. In fact, the first thing she does when she wakes up is say some affirmations.

‘I breathe big, deep breaths, hold it -especially if I’m feeling sleepy -and, after about four breaths, my eyes just pop right open,’ she told the Wall Street Journal.  ‘Oxygen is a big deal.’

And it’s something she practices all day.

‘One affirmation isn’t enough. You have to keep, throughout the day, reminding yourself of affirming messaging, whether it’s a message to yourself or a message to what it is you want to affect positively.’

While Goldie is all about following a healthy diet and exercising, it’s no surprise that she doesn’t take her looks seriously.

‘I also glance a lot at my face, but I don’t study it,’ she told the Wall Street Journal: ‘I’m not a studier of my face, of my beauty,’ she previously told the Wall Street Journal.

Goldie is a doting mother of three kids.

She shares Kate, 46, and Oliver, 49, with ex-husband Bill Hudson, and is mum to son Wyatt Russell, 39, with partner Kurt Russell.

The beauty is also stepmum to Kurt’s son Boston Russell, 45.
