Iconic actress Meg Ryan has been lauded over the years for her stunningly youthful looks, especially as she’s aged gracefully in the public eye.
The star has never spoken publicly, nor confirmed or denied anything about going under the knife or receiving cosmetic injections, but some rumors have swirled as she’s made various public appearances recently.
Back in 2023, Ryan – who just turned 64 on November 19 – sparked surgery speculation after she stepped out to support her friend Michael J. Fox at a screening for his documentary, Still, in New York City, according to The New York Post.
At the time, some fans even compared her looks to that of to Madonna.
Her appearance at the 2025 Oscar Awards last Spring also had fans buzzing about her visage.
Though Ryan has never addressed any possibility of plastic surgery publicly, it’s hard to imagine what she may look like if she hadn’t aged in the eyes of Hollywood.
Now, new dramatic, computer-generated images have revealed the answer to that question.
Artificial intelligence was told to analyze photos of the blonde beauty when she was younger and make a variety of predictions about what she should look like at age 64.

The actress explained that she has learned to block out the chatter about her looks and even her relationships over the years.
‘I can’t pay attention to it. I just can’t,’ she told Glamour of the ‘gossip culture’ at the time.
‘It’s not worth it. Of course that would hurt someone’s feelings, but there are so many more interesting things to think about. Meanness and hatred are just so stupid,’ she explained.
During the interview, she also shared her philosophy on aging and getting older in the public eye.
‘There’s a time in your teens and 20s where you’re trying on personalities to figure out who you are, who to be,’ the You’ve Got Mail actress explained at the time.
During the 2023 interview, she also shared her philosophy on aging and getting older in the public eye, as she’s also seen here at the Met Gala in 2024

‘With age, you get to a place where you say what you mean without thinking about how it’s going to land. You just say what you want,’ she said.
Plus, during a 2024 interview with The Times of London, Ryan also brushed off questions about plastic surgery speculation.
‘Move on,’ she said at the time.
