Aussie cricket star Nathan Lyon’s wife Emma is known for her love of high-end fashion – but she went for a very different look when she cheered on her husband’s teammates at the Boxing Day Test.
Lyon, who has been married to the off-spinner since July 2022, has forged a reputation as one of the best-dressed WAGs in the cricket world.
Most notably, she rocked up to Lord’s for the 2023 ICC World Test Championship Final in a stunning designer outfit worth at least $17,800.
She’s also been spotted wearing thousands of dollars worth of jewellery on a date with Nathan in the past.
But her latest outfit for the Ashes contest at the MCG included a pair of blue jeans that retail for just $119.95, coupled with a T-shirt that will get you change from $30.
Emma explained her switch to bargain boutique items in an Instagram video that showed her getting ready for a day’s play at the G.

Instead of her usual high-end designer labels, Lyon went with a jeans and T-shirt combination that’s very affordable

The former real estate agent turned influencer modelled a pair of ABRAND barrel jeans from Just Jeans, combining them with a simple red T-shirt that retails for just $29.95.
Lyon teamed them with a simple black jacket and pair of flat shoes as she anticipated a cool, windy day at the cricket.
Nathan has been spending more time with her and their daughter than anticipated this summer, but not in the way he would’ve wanted.
The veteran spinner was ruled out of the ongoing Ashes series after tearing his hamstring in the third Test match at Adelaide Oval.
He was then snapped by Emma as he lay in a hospital bed embracing his young daughter after having surgery.
Emma launched her new career as an influencer with a sponsored Instagram post back in July.
The 32-year-old modelled a series of ensembles from UK fashion brand Maebe.
Among the chic looks was a cream wool crop top, which sells for $116, and a button-down white singlet, valued at $105.

She also sported a jacket made of grey sweatshirt-type fabric, adorned with silver buttons, which retails for $116.
When Emma documented her journey to the World Test Championship, she showed off her expensive $22,000 accessories and $1500 collection of in-flight skincare.
She also shared videos of herself cuddling up to her daughter as she arrived at the airport for her first-class Qantas flight.
In one clip, she could be seen holding her bub as she stood on an escalator with a black Chanel bag worth a jaw-dropping $19,230.
She also carried a tote bag from Goyard worth $3,725, for a total of $22,955 worth of accessories.
