Bengals star Ja’Marr Chase learns fate of appeal against suspension for spitting on Jalen Ramsey

Ja’Marr Chase has lost his appeal against a one-game suspension for spitting on Steelers star Jalen Ramsey.

The Bengals receiver was banned by the NFL over the incident, which sparked a mass on-field melee during Sunday’s game.

Chase appealed the punishment but, on Tuesday night, it was revealed by ESPN that the punishment has been upheld.

The Cincinnati star will forfeit more than $500,000 due to the suspension.
