What does President Donald Trump’s body language say about him? An expert in public speaking and body language tells The Independent it is about demonstrating “authority” and “precision”.

Andy Harrington claims he exhibits “classic body language signals” that “suggests he is not concerned about showing his opinion or belief”, like forming a circle with his thumb and index finger to “punch out his message”.

“His body language is always authoritative… he will use gestures that are classic authoritarian ones. He is not being statesman-like.” he added.
