Ben Te'o has quit as Broncos assistant coach after a heated clash with Michael Maguire
The pair were reportedly involved in a verbal altercation leading into Brisbane's win over the Storm last Friday, according to The Sydney Morning Herald.
Te'o met with Maguire and football boss Troy Thomson on Monday night, but were unable to patch things up, leading to his depart from the reigning premiers.

The club have confirmed to Wide World Of Sports that Te'o handed in his resignation.
Broncos chief executive Dave Donaghy will front media on Tuesday afternoon.
The former State of Origin enforcer, who won a premiership with Maguire at South Sydney in 2014, had signed an extension with the club last year until the end of 2028.
He also played 96 first grade games for the Broncos across two stints.

Broncos prop Ben Talty was quizzed about the incident between Maguire and Te'o during a pre-arranged press conference on Tuesday.
"I saw it on Instagram this morning, I haven't read too much into it," he said.
"I don't know what's coming or how true the situation is, but I can't really comment on it.
"Benny's a fantastic coach, he's our defence coach, and we try to pride ourselves on our defence as well as a team."
Edge forward Brendan Piakura was full of praise for Te'o and his work at the club.
"He's done really well for me, just learning off him – he was a great player and a great coach as well, we won a grand final together last year," Piakura said.
Te'o was on radio commentary for Triple M during Sunday's Titans-Cowboys game.
The news of his departure continues a troublesome period for the Broncos, with the running feud between Gorden Tallis and the club dominating headlines.
