Channel Seven has made a major oopsie-poopsie after it shared a Farmer Wants A Wife promo featuring contestants who were vying for the heart of axed 2025 farmer, Jack Rowlandson.
While FWAW is known for its wholesomeness, this year’s season has been jam-packed with drama. Ahead of the show’s 15th season, it was revealed that one of the country boi bachies, Jack Rowlandson, was completely axed from the show despite his journey being filmed.
Unfortunately, the real reason why Jack was completely scrubbed from the show has remained a mystery. However, it’s been alleged that the bloke was axed for hooking up with multiple women during filming.
Not v. FWAW of him!!!!
Since then Channel Seven has worked tirelessly to completely hide the fact that the pro bull rider was on the show, but an unfortunate, little slip has seemingly confirmed Jack’s presence in FWAW 2025.
Ahead of Monday night’s rodeo, in which all the farmers and their remaining suitors attended the Country Ball, the official FWAW shared a plethora of candid shots of the cast.
However, eagle-eyed viewers noticed a bunch of girlies that hadn’t appeared on the show were in the background of the photo.
“Who are these ladies behind farmer Thomas‘ girls?” one fan posted on Facebook alongside a screenshot of the promo.

Shortly after the the post was made, other members of the fan group pointed out that the mystery women could be Farmer Jack’s suitors.
“There was a farmer that was edited out because he was an absolute player,” one person penned.
“It’s my understanding that the blonde in the white was the final pick for Jack ( the guy that was fully deleted from this year’s season),” another commented.
One fan also took to the official FWAW Instagram account, asking, “Who’s in the background two girls one purple and one white dress in fourth pic???”
On Tuesday morning, after the episode aired and a couple of hours after the post was made, it appeared that the network completely scrubbed the pic from their social media accounts.
Again, the network nor the production company — Eureka Productions — behind FWAW have confirmed the reason why Jack was axed, but they did confirm that he did make an appearance on the 2025 rodeo.
Eureka and Seven have decided not to include Jack Rowlandson’s storyline in the new season of Farmer Wants A Wife,” Channel Seven said in a statement to Yahoo! Lifestyle.
At the time of writing, the network nor Eureka Productions have not addressed the social media blunder, but its quick action in removing the pics makes me think they don’t want anything to do with the axed bachie.
TEAAAA.
Farmer Wants A Wife airs Mondays and Tuesdays at 7.30pm on Channel Seven and 7plus.
