Cruz & Romeo Beckham Seemingly Clap Back At Brooklyn With Cryptic TikTok Video

Cruz and Romeo Beckham have indirectly broken their silence as the fallout from their brother Brooklyn’s bombshell statement continues.

In the odd chance you’re not across the lore, the hullabaloo kicked off last week when the eldest Beckham brother shared a scathing Instagram post exposing his years-long feud with his famous family.

It included allegations about their mother Victoria Beckham’s behaviour at Brooklyn’s 2022 wedding to Nicola Peltz, as well as claims the younger brothers were “sent to attack [him] on social media”.

Now, the brothers have offered a clapback in the form of a seemingly shady video shared (and quickly removed) by Cruz on TikTok over the weekend.

The clip saw Cruz and Romeo riding in a car with their girlfriends, Kim Turnball and Jackie Apostel, while lip-syncing to a wordless techno song.

While that might seem innocent enough, it was the caption that was the real kicker. “Imagine hating and we’re just here like,” Cruz wrote.

Whether Cruz was responding directly to Brooklyn or the media scrutiny as a whole is not known, but it’s not the first time he’s offered a social media clapback since Brooklyn’s post.

Last week, Cruz was caught ‘liking’ a TikTok sketch that poked fun at Victoria’s dancing, in reference to Brooklyn’s claim that their mother “humiliated” him with an “inappropriate” dance at the wedding.

Before that, Cruz made no secret of his feud with his older brother. Last year, he took a swipe at Brooklyn’s foray into racecar driving, and reportedly shared Instagram Notes calling him a “fraud” and a “dick”.

Oh, he and Romeo were also accused of ridiculing Nicola by imitating the comment she left under an IG post shared by Romeo’s ex Mia Regan.

Who else has weighed in on Brooklyn’s post?

Cruz and Romeo aren’t the only ones who’ve weighed in on Brooklyn’s post.

Patriarch David Beckham offered an oblique reaction during a pre-scheduled appearance last week, while Victoria seemed to skate on by the drama with posts celebrating fellow Spice Girl Emma Bunton’s birthday.

Elsewhere, the scandal drew commentary from Nicola’s former hairstylist, David’s ex-assistant and Brooklyn’s ex-girlfriend, among others.

Meanwhile, the whole Beckham clan put on a united front with their first outing since Brooklyn’s post.

Over the weekend, the fam all attended a ceremony celebrating Victoria becoming a Knight of the Order of Arts and Letters, with Brooklyn and Nicola nowhere to be seen.

I sincerely doubt this’ll be the last you hear of the Beckham drama, which has become so ubiquitous that I half-expect Ryan Murphy to be optioning the rights as we speak.
