Diddy trial stunned as witness reveals Mike Myers’ secret ties to CIA and Secret Service: Live court updates

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ trial for sex-trafficking and racketeering is on its fourth week in New York City federal court.

The music mogul, 55, could spend the rest of his life in prison if he is found guilty of using his wealth and fame to run a criminal enterprise.

Diddy’s ex-employees took a central role in the third week of his sex trafficking trial, including personal assistants who testified that the hip-hop mogul was capricious, controlling and violent.

Much of the case presented by prosecutors so far has revolved around accusations that Combs physically and sexually abused Cassie for years, and coerced her into sexual encounters called ‘freak-offs’ with men who were paid thousands of dollars to have sex with her.

Diddy denies all allegations against him. His lawyers admit he’s a woman beater – although he does not face domestic abuse charges – but that he is not guilty of sex trafficking or racketeering.

Alleged Diddy victim set up CIA tour for Mike Myers, court hears

Diddy’s attorney Brian Steel showed the jury the resume Mia presented before she was hired as Diddy’s personal assistant.

Mia said on the resume that she had previously ‘Handled all unique requests’ for the comedy star. She said she once set up ‘a private and confidential tour of the CIA by corresponding with Secret Service agents and government officials.’

Mia told the court last week that she worked for Myers – as well as Harvey Weinstein’s ex-wife Georgina Chapman – before she was employed by Diddy.

Prosecutors accuse Diddy lawyers of harassing alleged victim on the stand

During a sidebar with the judge, presucutor Comey has demanded that Diddy’s lawyer Brian Steele change his ‘humiliating’ line of questioning, arguing he is harassing Mia.

‘Mr Steel has yelled at this witness… been sarcastic, argumentative by injecting his own views…Saying things that suggest to this jury he believes she’s lying,’ Comey said in court.

‘Meanwhile….this witness is having to have picked apart social media post after social media post…

‘At this point….all of these exhibits are crossing the threshold into harassing this witness. Given the tone, the questions, the number of exhibits which are cumulative we do not think it is appropriate to continue this line of questioning.’

Comey added that ‘[Mia has] carried herself with remarkable dignity and grace’ and the questionjing is ‘adding to her trauma.’

However, the judge disagreed that Steele’s questioning was out of line.

‘I have not heard any yelling from Mr Steel. I have not heard anything that was sarcastic..

‘I don’t see the witness has been treated in an improper way,’ jduhe Subramianian ruled.

Male escort’s self-help book on male impotence tops the charts following testimony

One of the exotic dancers – known also as The Punisher, who took part in the horrific ‘freak offs’ with Diddy and his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura – has published a best-selling book about his inability to function properly in the bedroom.

In Search of Freezer Meat, written by Sharay Hayes, explores the topic of erectile dysfunction and has soared to number one in Amazon’s ‘Male Impotence’ category -thanks in part to his recent courtroom testimony at Diddy’s trial and repeated references to the infamous ‘Freak Off’ sessions in the book.

The book, which includes a six-page description of his sordid encounters with the hip-hop mogul and Ventura, has beat out other more established titles in the genre including one from the Mayo Clinic.

D-Roc comes up repeatedly as Diddy’s main enforcer in trial

Several witnesses have said on the stand that Diddy’s friend Damion Butler, known as D-Roc, was one of the people making sure the mogul always got what he wanted.

The court has heard that D-Roc and his wife were some of the people who usually got Cassie to come back to Diddy after incidents of violence.

D-Roc gained notoriety as the right-hand man of the late rap legend Biggie Smalls.

On Friday, Mia said that D-Roc called her at the end of November 2023 to discuss the violence between Cassie and Diddy after Cassie filed her civil lawsuit against Diddy.

After what Mia initially thought to be a normal phone call between her and D-Roc, he started to say ‘you know Puff and Cass they would fight like a normal couple.’

She explained: ‘My radar went off I was like that’s not how D-Roc talks and D-Roc was around that a lot.’

‘He sounded nervous and was talking in circles saying the same idea and said “your boy Puff he misses you.” We were reminiscing about old family and he started talking about old people who were around, as though the agreed with the same sentiment, as though they were a normal couple who fought.’

After the phone call, Mia testified that she ignored several more phone call attempts from both D-Roc and Diddy as she felt terrified, threatened and scared.

On Feb 4th, 2024, Diddy consequently texted her:

‘Hey I don’t wanna be blowing up your phone. Just needed to talk to you for 10 minutes. Just need my memory jogged on some things. You were my right hand for years so I just to speak to you to remember who was even around me.’

Mia says Diddy brainwashed her

When pressed on why she did not discuss her claims of sexual assault with Diddy or anyone else, Mia said she was ‘stil brainwashed’ years after leaving the mogul’s employment.

When askes who brainwashed her, she replied: ‘Puff.’

I was in an environment where the highs wer really high and the lows were really low which created a huge confusion in me trusting my instincts.

I was punished whenever Puff would be violent and I’d react, confusing me and making me believe I’d done something wrong.

I’d try so hard to get back to that good space and work harder and be nicer and nobody around batted an eye. He was still praised by everyone around him and the public.

Mia sais she flet guilt about hiring lawyers shen she stopped working for Diddy.

I felt like I had done something horrific, like I’d betrayed him by going to mediation and I felt horrible about it. I’d done something wrong and was always constantly seeking his approval. He was my authority figure.

Diddy’s sons are back in court on Monday

Quincy Brown and Justin Combs arrived at Manhattan federal court on Monday to suport the disgraced music mogul.

They have been present for most days of the sex-trafficking trial.

Prosecution says they are ahead of schedule

Assistant US Attorney Maurene Comey has said her team is running ahead of schedule and even looking to cut some witnesses.

The prosecution is hoping to rest their case by the second week of June, but noted it may continue into the following week.

The judge has said the trial should wrap up by July 4th.

Diddy’s lawyer savagely confronts alleged victim Mia

Diddy’s attorney Brian Steel is taking a notably confrontational approach to Mia on Monday.

Steele is confronting Mia with loving messages she sent Diddy after he allegedly repeatedly sexually assaulted her.

‘Explain besides just saying psychology when you’re reaching out to Mr Combs when you’re painting this picture of how he ruined your life,’ Steele fired at Mia when she tried explaining why she continued reaching out to Diddy.

Diddy accuser told mogul she dreamed he ‘rescued her from R. Kelly’

Convicted child sex offender R. Kelly came up in Mia’s testimony as Diddy’s lawyers had her read a text she sent to him in January, 2019 – two years after she left Diddy’s employment.

The text from Mia to Diddy read: ‘Just thinking of you today and every day….I had a nightmare I was trapped in an elevator with R Kelly. I screamed and you came to rescue me.’

Defense attorney Brian Steel then asked Mia: ‘The person who sexually assaulted you came to your rescue?

Diddy was ‘so high’ during Chelsea Handler interview

The mogul’s ex-assistant Mia told the court on Thursday that Diddy would sometimes get high at ‘inappropriate’ times, including board meetings and one chaotic Chelsea Lately appearance.

‘Like one time was a board meeting, one time was going to the Chelsea Handler show,’ she told the jury.

‘There were just a few times where I was like “Oh, gosh when am I going to have to pull him to the side and say you look a little crazy at the moment.”‘

Mia did not specify when exactly the interview with Handler took place, but Diddy’s 2010 appearance on the E! show made headlines for his bizarre behavior.

Chelsea told the audience Diddy was an hour late before the rapper offered to ‘pull out his shlong’ when the comedianne kept jokingly referring to him as ‘girl.’

At the time, Vulture reported Diddy appeared drunk.

Diddy’s mother Janice arrives in court to support him

The mogul’s family, including his mother Janice, has remained supportive of him, attending the trial on most days.

His daughters attended the first week but have stayed away since then.

Who is Diddy’s assistant Capricorn Clark?

The mogul’s ex-employee has been mentioned about a dozen times by various witnesses who have taken the stand in the trial, and prosecutors claim she was kidnapped twice by Diddy or his bodyguards.

Clark took the stand against Diddy and said she was emotionally and physically abused by the mogul for years.

Mia says Diddy sexually assaulted her at his star-studded 40th birthday party

Mia told the court that she was first sexually assaulted by Diddy during his 40th birthday party in 2009 at the Plaza Hotel in New York City, which was attended by many celebrities like Bono, Denzel Washington, Kim Kardashian, Gayle King and Al Sharpton.

She said the mogul approached her in the kitchen and complimented her on her work before pouring shots for her.

‘I felt like they hit me kind of hard,’ she said of the drinks.

‘I was in my 20s in New York. Two shots would not have made me feel that way.’

Mia told the jury what happened next: ‘He was talking and all of a sudden his face [was] far closer, my eyes couldn’t focus on his face because it was so close.

‘I didn’t really know what was happening… he put his am next to my head against the wall and leaned in to kiss me and put his other hand up the side of my dress.’

Mia said she did not want to kiss Diddy or have his hand up her dress.

‘I was shocked and I froze. I didn’t even process what was happening,’ she added.

The next morning, she woke up clothed on a chair in the mainroom of the penthouse Diddy had rented.

Mia told the jury she she can’t work because of Diddy trauma

Mia worked for Combs from 2009 to 2017, including a stretch as an executive at his film studio. However, she said she hasn’t held a job since then because of post-traumatic stress.

Mia said she would misinterpret emails asking ‘where are you?’ as scolding because of how Combs treated her. She said someone calling her name would cause her alarm, even if it was an innocent attempt to get her attention.

She recalled throwing her phone across a room in terror when Combs’ number popped up as an incoming call days after his former girlfriend, singer Cassie, sued him in November 2023.

‘It was just so triggering,’ Mia said.

After leaving Combs’ employment, Mia said, she received a little more than $200,000 of a $400,000 settlement to reimburse her for bonuses and overtime that weren’t paid. The rest, she said, went to her lawyers, whom she never told about the alleged sexual assaults.

Mia is back on the stand

Diddy’s former assistant and alleged victim Mia has taken the stand to resume her testimony on Monday.

Defense attorney Brian Steel will continue questioning her in an effort to discredit her testimony.

The defense has argued Mia is putting up an act and has shown the court her social media posts where she speaks lovingly of Diddy.

The jaw-dropping images showed the guns, drugs, industrial quantities of ‘freak off’ paraphernalia and boxes of women’s high heels that were seized by investigators from Combs’ $40 million home on the ultra-exclusive Star Island.

Attacks on Kid Cudi’s property put law enforcement on the stand

Jurors heard from a Los Angeles police officer who responded to the December 2011 break-in at Cudi’s home and an arson investigator who spoke about his efforts to solve the firebombing of Cudi’s Porsche 911 weeks later.

Officer Chris Ignacio said he found Christmas gifts, some opened, with luxury watches and purses. Cudi has testified that his dog was traumatized after being locked in a bathroom by intruders.

Ignacio said he saw a car with tinted windows registered to Bad Boy outside the house but didn’t approach it because he had no proof a crime had occurred.

Prosecutors are trying to prove that Combs was behind the break-in and the subsequent firebombing, which involved a Molotov cocktail dropped through a hole sliced in the convertible’s fabric roof.

Lance Jimenez, a Los Angeles Fire Department arson investigator, said the explosive was made from a 40-ounce Olde English 800 malt liquor bottle and a silky designer handkerchief.

‘I personally felt it was targeted,’ he said of the Jan. 9, 2012, attack.

Judge allows videos sent by sleuths as evidence

On Friday, Judge Arun Subramanian admonished Diddy’s attorney after they tried to sumbit last-minute video evidence to discredit Mia’s testimony that Diddy horribly abused her for years.

The defense introduced a video that showed Mia wishing Diddy a happy birthday in 2013. They said it would show the jury that ‘her affect on the stand is an act.’

‘We found this video on the internet,’ lead defense attorney Marc Agnifilo told the judge.

‘I think there were people on the internet who figured out who Mia is…. we received emails from random people with the same video.’

But the judge denied the request of the defense in a stern tone saying they violated the rules to submit evidence.

‘Court’s order is very clear, if you don’t turn over those exhibits you need to establish good cause,’ he said.

‘If someone sent this to you at 1am yesterday that’s something but if you had this video in your possession for the past week, two weeks and you only decided to produce it now that’s a different story. I don’t think you’ve thought through this,’ the judge added.

However, the judge allowed the video as evidence on Monday.

Diddy faces more lurid allegations… from a tiny town thousands of miles away from his ‘freak offs’

‘Thank you for calling the Sean P Diddy Combs abuse helpline. This call is being recorded.’

This is the first thing that up to 40 people a week are hearing when they ring the Montana-based call center fielding legal complaints from alleged victims of the embattled music mogul.

‘We understand the strength and courage it takes to come forward,’ the message continues. ‘Any information you provide will be kept completely confidential, but we expect full honesty in order to properly assist you with your potential case.’

Andrew Van Arsdale, CEO of Reciprocity Industries, which runs the hotline, told the Daily Mail that the volume of calls has surged since the start of Diddy’s sex trafficking, racketeering, and assault trial in New York.

‘And two, things have changed enough that moving forward, the rule should be, if you’re being abused, you’ve got to leave right away.’
