Disgraced neo-Nazi leader DISBANDS his group with extraordinary whinge about the state of politics in Australia

Neo-Nazi group the National Socialist Network (NSN) has announced it will disband ahead of new laws set to classify them as a terrorist organisation.

The group confirmed they would be ‘fully disbanded’ by 11:59pm on Sunday, 18 January 2026, in a message posted to Telegram on Tuesday afternoon.

‘The disbandment includes not only the National Socialist Network, but its co-projects White Australia, the European Australian Movement and the White Australia Party,’ the statement read.

‘If the laws pass, there will no way to avoid the organisation being banned. The legislation allows the government to ban any organisation that has given Roman salutes in the past.

‘The disbandment is being done before the laws take effect to avoid former members of the organisations from being arrested and charged.

‘These are some of the most draconian laws the West has ever seen,

‘In Australia, political freedom is effectively dead and buried. The Australian government, on behalf of the Jewish lobby, is criminalising peaceful opposition groups based on their political expression.

‘Blood and Honour.’

The Albanese government will next week unveil sweeping measures to crack down on neo-Nazi and other extremist groups across Australia, following the Bondi Beach terrorist attack.

Central to the reforms is a new power to declare ‘hate organisations’, allowing authorities to ban groups that promote violence or vilification – even if they haven’t committed terrorist acts.

The changes are designed to target neo-Nazi networks that have previously operated in legal grey zones.

Home Affairs Minister Tony Burke has named the National Socialist Network (NSN) and radical Islamic group Hizb ut-Tahrir as key organisations set to be outlawed under the new laws.

The NSN has ramped up recruitment in recent months, staging a protest outside NSW Parliament, a demonstration controversially approved by authorities.

Immigration controls will also form a key part of the crackdown, with the Home Affairs Minister able to cancel visas for foreign extremists, a measure already used against NSN members.

His visa was revoked under Section 116 of the Migration Act on ‘character and public interest’ grounds, and he left Australia voluntarily with his wife and infant child.

Ryan Turner, a British national living in Western Australia and believed to be linked to the NSN, had his visa cancelled under Section 501.

Burke cited Turner’s extremist affiliations, triggering his detention and pending deportation, despite no criminal conviction.
