Emma Chamberlain’s living room is already famous. When the fashion influencer first opened the doors to her Los Angeles home for Architectural Digest in 2022, the video quickly became a reference point for a new kind of Gen Z sensibility — while also sparking discourse around how a then-21-year-old could not only afford a sprawling mansion, but furnish it with high-end pieces. The standout moment of the tour was a $30,000-plus Cerine chandelier suspended above her dining table.
Thankfully, her debut home collection with West Elm showcases Chamberlain’s distinctive taste, but at a fraction of the price. “My approach to home decorating is inherently eclectic,” she tell Variety. “Rather than choosing pieces based on what should go together, I choose what feels right to me, mixing styles and eras to create a space that feels truly unique.”

Launching Monday, the new lineup marks Chamberlain’s official entry into the home category, translating the aesthetic she’s cultivated online — and in her own space — into a shoppable assortment of furniture, lighting, tabletop, textiles and decorative accessories.
The line leans into a mix of postmodern and mid-century references, filtered through Chamberlain’s offbeat lens. Rounded silhouettes, pedestal bases and graphic profiles define the furniture, with an emphasis on lounge-forward proportions that prioritize comfort without sacrificing form. Warm wood finishes anchor larger pieces like armoires and tables, while smaller objects — including a pigeon-shaped pitcher — inject personality into the collection.
According to West Elm, Chamberlain was involved across every stage of the process, from initial inspiration through development alongside the brand’s in-house design team. Motifs pulled from her personal life — including references to her tattoos — are subtly embedded throughout the collection. “The first thing I notice in someone’s home is their weird little items — the collectibles you don’t see anywhere else,” she says. That tells you a lot about a person.”
