English cricket great Graeme Swann slams man for filming Ben Duckett’s drunken stint in Noosa

Ashes legend Graeme Swann has taken aim at the so called fan who recorded and uploaded a video of England opener Ben Duckett seeming to be intoxicated to social media.

The footage of the Duckett was published to social media last week before the Boxing Day Test.

It showed the 31-year-old seeming to be intoxicated on a night out.

Duckett was slammed for his actions by some – but others leapt to his defence.

Swann believes the person who took the video and uploaded it online should be the one fans are angry at.

‘I think (the man filming this) is disgusting,’ he told the Willow Talk Cricket Podcast.

‘He’s just trying to get home. He’s not being a yob. He’s not being a hooligan. What sort of bloke does (films) that?’ he asked.

Duckett’s teammate Jacob Bethell also came under fire for his actions after he was seen at a Noosa venue.

The controversy only seemed to galvanise the England squad.

They won their first Test match in Australia in almost 15 years in the Boxing Day clash.

Harry Brook hit the winning runs, as England chased down 175 in the fourth innings:

The the result put the current series score to 3-1 in favour of Australia.

The final Test of the series kicks off this Sunday.

Australia has already won the ongoing Ashes series 3-0.
