Family’s heartbreak after adorable Cavoodle puppy Dora is STOLEN from outside a shopping centre – as three young woman sought by cops

A quick grocery run turned to disaster for one family after their much loved puppy was stolen from outside the store.
Frank Wong had tied his family’s 10-month-old black cavoodle, named Dora, outside the Vogue Shopping Plaza, 5km southeast of Melbourne CBD, about 3.25pm on Monday.
But while he was inside grabbing some groceries, three unknown women untied Dora and allegedly took her.
‘Dora was not allowed inside the shopping centre, so I tied her up outside the mall for only about 15 minutes or so,’ Mr Wong told a press conference.
‘It was utterly awful. We thought we lived in a safe and friendly neighbourhood so to see such an act is very awful.’
The women were last seen allegedly walking Dora along Chapel Street, toward Richmond.
All three are described as Caucasian, aged in their 20s to 30s, with long and medium brown hair.
The first woman was wearing a grey crop top and black pants, the second was wearing dark tracksuit and Nike T-shirt and the third was wearing dark jeans and a dark coloured hoodie.

Dora was wearing a pink collar, pink leash and is microchipped.
Mr Wong said his four-and-a-half-year-old daughter was desperately missing her puppy.
‘She misses Dora very much, they are like sisters,’ he said.
‘[Dora] means so much to her.’
‘We are happy to provide a reward, all we want is to have Dora back home with our family,’ he said.
‘If you want to take her to a vet or a shelter, just hand her over, that would be fine with us as well. Nothing matters more to us than being reunited with Dora.’
Victoria Police have shared a photo of the each of the women and Dora in the hopes of finding them.
Anyone who witnessed the incident, with footage or information is urged to contact Crime Stoppers.
