Married At First Sight (MAFS) 2026 bride Brook Crompton has seemingly ruffled the feathers of viewers for her brutal honesty and behaviour during the “Red Flags / Green Flags” Revelations Week challenge.

It’s without a doubt that Brook is one of the strongest brides to enter the experiment. She’s gorgeous, she stands on business, and she’s brutally honest.
However, it appears that those strong traits may have landed her in bad books with MAFS viewers.
To give you a quick recap on Wednesday night’s episode, the grooms and brides were separated to discuss the green and red flags of their couples.
During this, their fellow co-stars would jump in and chucked in their two cents on their relationships, fanning the flames of simmering tensions… *cough* Bec Zacharia and Gia Fleur‘s feud *cough*.
However, it was apparent that Brook had A LOT to say about her fellow brides and their reality TV marriages. For example, during Stella Mickunaite‘s chat, Brook was pushing her castmate to spill on Filip Gregov‘s red flags. When Alissa Fay was trying to share her opinion, Brook kept shutting her down.
And when it was time for Alissa to dish on her love life, Brook brought her down, calling her marriage to David Momoh a “showmance”.
Also, let’s not forget all the faces she pulled when her brides were speaking.
It even got to a point where Rachel Gilmore commented on Brook’s behaviour.
“Brook was definitely a lot more vocal than I have ever experienced,” Rachel said. “We should actually be giving all the respect to each other and actually listen and like hold space for each other.”

Reflecting on Brook’s behaviour during Revelations Week, Bec admitted “it was pretty intense”. However, she didn’t expect anything less from the supermodel.
“I would say Brooke is a very straightforward, to-the-point person. I think when she feels something isn’t authentic, she’s going to call it out,” Bec said.
“I didn’t think that she would call it out to that extent, but I think she’s a woman who is not afraid to speak her mind.”
So far, Brook hasn’t spoken out about that fateful challenge. But I am dying to see her reaction to Wednesday night’s episode.
