Footy star Bobby Hill’s partner reveals she’s pregnant just months after their split rocked the AFL – as he stays silent about stunning announcement

The mother of Collingwood superstar Bobby Hill’s children has revealed she is pregnant again, with the announcement coming just months after the couple’s high-profile split.

Georgia Devlin has posted a series of images with her sons Bobby Junior and Malakai, the children she shares with the Collingwood star, as she showed off her baby bump.

‘Our favourite time of the year,’ she posted, showing images of her and the children decorating a Christmas tree.

There was no sign of Hill in the images and he was not tagged in the post. 

At the time of writing, Hill had not commented on or liked the post, although his cousin, St Kilda star Bradley Hill, did hit the like button. 

Hill’s personal situation made headlines after his reported separation from long-time partner Devlin earlier this season.

Not long after the split, Hill stepped away from footy, embarking on a five-week hiatus that coincided with Devlin and the children returning to Western Australia.

During that period, Hill shared an emotional post about missing his sons, marking the first public sign of the family breakdown.

He returned briefly for the Magpies in Round 21 against Brisbane, only to be ruled out again the following week with illness.

As questions mounted, Hill did not travel with Collingwood to Adelaide, despite later reports he had intended to join the squad.

Coach Craig McRae confirmed he had been closely checking on Hill’s welfare, shifting the focus away from the star’s on-field performance.

Around the same time, Hill’s cousin Bradley Hill reportedly contacted Collingwood out of concern, an intervention that is said to have caused a rift between family members.

The situation escalated further when Devlin spoke out against racist online abuse linked to the split, as those close to Hill continued to express concern for his wellbeing.

The Daily Mail has contacted Bobby Hill and the Collingwood Football Club for comment.

Hill has been quiet on social media for months, outside of the occasional Instagram story. 

He shared a video of NFL star Shedeur Sanders on Instagram about three hours after Devlin announced her pregnancy.

In the clip, Sanders responds to his critics by saying, ‘That’s how life is, everybody’s not in the best situation, you know. 

‘But it’s no excuse. You gotta go out there and perform.

‘A lot of people want to see me fail. It ain’t gonna happen.’

The video concluded with the caption ‘the marathon continues’, with Hill adding a ‘100’ emoji to show his agreement.

Devlin received a flood of support for her heartwarming announcement, with a host of followers congratulating her. 

Kellie Finlayson, the wife of former Port Adelaide star Jeremy Finlayson, reacted with two red love-heart emojis. 

‘These photos are gorgeous, congratulations on your pregnancy,’ one follower posted.

‘Your little miracle is already so loved.’

‘Congrats to you and Bobby,’ another posted, although neither Georgia or Bobby have reacted to the comment.

‘Congratulations to you all! Fingers crossed for a baby girl,’ added another.

Bobby Hill remains contracted to Collingwood through the 2026 AFL season.

Collingwood officials have also previously moved to shut down speculation about his future.

The Magpies expect him to return in 2026 with his focus on football once his personal situation stabilises.
