Foxtons ties up with Avios to offer flight points for selling your HOUSE or being a landlord

Homeowners and landlords will now be able to collect Avios points by selling or renting out a house for the first time ever.
Estate agency giant Foxtons has teamed up with loyalty scheme provider IAG Loyalty to provide Avios reward points to its customers – the first UK estate agent to do so.
Customers who use Foxtons to let or sell their home can now collect up to 30,000 Avios points, while existing Foxtons landlords who appoint the agent to manage their property can collect 20,000 Avios.
Avios is the reward currency of British Airways as well as Finnair, Quatar, Iberia and Aer Lingus. Points can be spent on flights, hotels, travel experiences and car hire. Avios can also be converted to Nectar points and vice versa.
Homeowners and landlords will be able to earn Avios points through their estate agent for the first time ever
How do you earn Avios through Foxtons?
For home sellers, the Avios deal is a limited time offer. They can claim the Avios if they hire Foxtons to sell their house before 31 January 2026, but it must be with one of the participating branches located in London, Watford, Bushey, Hemel Hempstead, Surrey and Berkshire.
For lettings, Avios points will be awarded on a monthly basis for completed lettings transactions with Foxtons across a year. The offer is available exclusively at participating Foxtons branches located in London, Surrey and Berkshire.
If a landlord adds Foxtons property management services to their portfolio, they will be given 20,000 Avios.
Rewards cannot be combined and customers can earn Avios either for instruction of a sale via Foxtons, or for property management services with a letting.
Landlords and sellers must link their My Foxtons account with their British Airways Club account via www.foxtons.co.uk/account/rewards prior to instructing Foxtons.
A Foxtons customer collecting Avios through the scheme could get a return flight to Paris, Geneva or Nice.
This assumes that they purchase two one-way, off-peak BA Rewards flights, which start at 10,000 Avios and £1, with British Airways.
Foxtons said the move is part of a ‘strategic focus on attracting and retaining landlords’.
Guy Gittins, CEO at Foxtons, commented: ‘This partnership is another way we’re adding value for our customers and strengthening what makes Foxtons unique.
‘It supports our focus on attracting and retaining landlords, growing our share of the London market, and supporting more customers with our property management services.
‘As the only UK estate agent where people can earn Avios, we’re giving customers an additional benefit when they choose to let or sell in London.’
