Grisly discovery at a home in Sydney’s west sparks urgent police investigation – as man, 31, is arrested
A young man has been arrested after the discovery of a body in a home.
Police were called to a home on Courallie Avenue in Homebush West, in Sydney’s west, following reports of a concern for welfare about 11.30pm on Friday.
Officers discovered the body of a 65-year-old body of man in the home.
A 31-year-old man was arrested at the scene and taken to Auburn Police Station.
The two men are believed to be known to each other.
Police have established a crime scene and launched an investigation.
A report will be prepared for the Coroner.
