Haunting details of woman’s dismembered body found in singer D4vd’s Tesla include a distinctive tattoo

The dismembered body found in the trunk of a Tesla registered to singer D4vd has been identified as a woman with a haunting tattoo.
Police made the gruesome discovery at a Los Angeles tow yard after employees reported a foul smell coming from the vehicle on Monday, officials said.
The car was registered to the 20-year-old singer, whose real name is David Anthony Burke.
The woman’s ‘head and torso’ were found inside a bag in the Tesla’s trunk, according to authorities, who said the remains’ decomposition prevented them from determining her age or ethnicity.
She had a tattoo on her right index finger that read ‘Shhh,’ according to a medical examiner’s report cited by KTLA.
The woman was about 5 feet 1 inch tall and weighed just 71 pounds, officials said, although it is not clear whether that was her weight before her death.
She was wearing a tube top, black leggings, yellow metal stud earrings and a metal chain bracelet.
On Tuesday, police found the partially burned remains of another woman inside a Honda Civic at a different Los Angeles tow yard, about nine miles away.

Authorities in the city said the vehicle had been inside the lot for a few days, and the body had been placed in a bag inside the front trunk of the car
However officials said the Honda is tied to a missing persons report and not connected to other remains found in the Tesla.
Burke, who said he is cooperating with police, performed on Tuesday night in Minneapolis – and handed out Labubus to his fans.
The singer went viral earlier this year after he suffered a nasty fall while performing at Coachella.
The Tesla registered to him was towed after it was reportedly left abandoned for days in the Hollywood Hills area.
TMZ reported the singer was unaware of his vehicle’s location when police contacted him.
‘D4vd has been informed about what’s happened,’ a spokesperson for the singer told NBC Los Angeles.
‘And although he is still on tour, he is fully cooperating with the authorities.’
Officials said they were previously unable to determine the victim’s gender because of the high level of decomposition.
Officials have not revealed any additional details about the two bodies discovered in the city this week.

Los Angeles saw a spike in car jackings during the Covid-19 pandemic. The number of car thefts has since dropped but remain higher than before the pandemic.
It’s unclear whether the singer had lend someone the car, which was registered in Texas, or it had been stolen.
The case has been classified as a death investigation, said Los Angeles Police Officer Charles Miller.
Rolling Stone reported that Crocs and Hollister announced they were pulling a campaign that featured D4vd.
‘We are aware of this developing story. With respect to the current situation, we have removed campaign content featuring D4vd while the investigation continues,’ the brands said in a joint statement.
D4vd first gained notoriety on TikTok, where he has 3.6million followers.
He’s currently in the middle of a world tour, with dates across Europe set for next month.
This week, the star is set to be performing in Missouri, Colorado, and Utah.
