After drawing nearly 128 million viewers for last year’s game, Super Bowl LX is positioned to draw in even more fans around the world to watch the Big Game. However, football might be the centerpiece, viewers tune in for the over-the-top halftime show featuring Bad Bunny, big budget commercials and overall spectacle of, what is likely going to be, the biggest TV event of 2026.
For Super Bowl LX, at the end of the 2025-26 NFL season, the NFC champions the Seattle Seahawks (regular season: 14-3) faces off against the AFC champions New England Patriots (regular season: 14-3) at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California on Sunday, Feb. 8. The game kickoffs at 6:30 p.m. ET/3:30 p.m. PT, but pregame coverage and performances start at 6 p.m. ET/3 pm.m ET.
Aside from Bad Bunny, there are a number of performances before the Big Game. Pop punk band Green Day opens the event, while singer Charlie Puth sings the national anthem. Additionally, Grammy award-winning musician Brandi Carlile performs “America the Beautiful” and R&B singer Coco Jones sings “Lift Every Voice and Sing.”
Since Super Bowl LX broadcasts on NBC, the Big Game is available to watch online with web-based cable alternatives, like DirecTV, offers a 5-day free trial for new subscribers.
