The long awards season that began in earnest with the Cannes Film Festival in May will come to a close Sunday, March 15 with the 98th Oscars. Conan O’Brien returns as host for the 2026 ceremony from the Dolby Theatre at Ovation Hollywood.

How Can I Watch The 2026 Oscars?
The ceremony itself kicks off Sunday, March 15 at 7 p.m. ET/ 4 p.m. PT, airing live on ABC and streaming live on Hulu. The ceremony will also be streaming via Hulu + Live TV, YouTube TV, AT&T TV and FuboTVwith several of these services offering free trials. Additionally, it is airing internationally in more than 200 countries and territories worldwide.
Hosted by Tamron Hall and Jesse Palmer, the official The Oscars Red Carpet Show will air live on Sunday at 6:30 p.m. ET/ 3:30 p.m. on ABC and Hulu.
ABC News and ABC Owned Television Stations will present On The Red Carpet at the Oscars on Sunday, airing across ABC Owned Television Stations and affiliates as well as streaming on ABC News Live, beginning at 3:30 p.m. ET/12:30 p.m. PT. Coverage will be led by Lara Spencer, along with ABC News anchors Whit Johnson and Linsey Davis, ABC entertainment reporter George Pennacchio, WABC entertainment reporter Joelle Garguilo, and ABC News entertainment contributor Chris Connelly.
E!’s Oscar day starts at 2 p.m. ET/11 a.m. PT with E!’s Brunch at the Oscars hosted by Justin Sylvester and Keltie Knight, followed at 4 p.m. ET/1 p.m. PT with E!’s Live From The Red Carpet. It will round out its coverage with Red Carpet Rundown at 10:30 p.m. ET/7:30 p.m. PT, which breaks down the night’s fashion on the Oscars red carpet.

Presenters for the 2026 Oscars include last year’s lead and supporting actor winners Adrien Brody, Mikey Madison, Kieran Culkin and Zoe Saldaña, along with Robert Downey Jr. Gwyneth Paltrow, Anne Hathaway, Will Arnett, Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Javier Bardem, Demi Moore, Kumail Nanjiani, Maya Rudolph, Chris Evans, Chase Infiniti, Rose Byrne, Nicole Kidman, Jimmy Kimmel, Delroy Lindo, Ewan McGregor, Wagner Moura, Pedro Pascal, Bill Pullman, Lewis Pullman, Channing Tatum and Sigourney Weaver.
Who Is Performing At The 2026 Oscars?
The Academy this week confirmed a couple of Oscar-nominated songs will be performed: the KPop Demon Hunters trio of Ejae, Audrey Nuna and Rei Ami singing “Golden” and Sinners star Miles Caton and Shaboozey teaming for “I Lied to You” featuring ballerina Misty Copeland and others. Sources say producers are also in talks with Barbra Streisand around a tribute to the late Robert Redford during the In Memoriam segment but AMPAS is not confirming that one yet.

This year’s Best Picture nominees include Ryan Coogler’s Sinnerswhich leads with a record-breaking 16 nominations, followed by Paul Thomas Anderson’s One Battle After Another with 13 noms, Frankenstein, Marty Supreme and Sentimental Value tied with nine, Hamnet with eight, Bugonia, F1, The Secret Agent and Train Dreams with four, and Avatar: Fire and Ash and Blue Moon with two.
