How Traitors star Lisa Rinna, 62, would REALLY look if she had never undergone cosmetic treatments

When Lisa Rinna was first skyrocketed into the spotlight in the late 1980s, she quickly captured the nation thanks to her stunning and all-natural beauty.
But like many young starlets, the actress and model succumbed to the pressures of Hollywood and admitted to going overboard with her cosmetic enhancements over the years.
The reality TV personality, who recently starred on The Traitors, has spoken openly about her journey with cosmetic work after famously getting silicone injections in her top lip age 24.
This caused her pronounced pout to become hard and bumpy – and she was forced to later undergo corrective surgery to remove the filler.
However, to this day, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum is still wowing fans with her striking visage – taking to the runway in haute couture at a Paris Fashion Week show just last month.
But many might be wondering what the legendary actress and model would look like had she not undergone the cosmetic tweakments.
Now, dramatic, computer-generated images have revealed the answer.
Artificial intelligence was told to analyze photos of the timeless beauty when she was younger and make a variety of predictions about what she should look like at age 62.

The results were quite a shakeup from how she looks like now, as they showed the star with wrinkles and crow’s feet around her eyes – but still strikingly beautiful.
Over the course of her decades-long career, Rinna – whose 24-year-old daughter Amelia Gray Hamlin recently broke down all of her own plastic surgery work – has been fiercely honest about her decision to go under the knife and enhance her looks with fillers.
She got permanent silicone filler injected into her lips in 1987, followed by a breast augmentation in 1998.
Rinna told People in 2010 that she first became inspired to change her appearance after watching the movie Beaches and longing to look like actress Barbara Hershey.
But while she loved the results at first, her decision to add filler to her mouth would later backfire.
Ten years after she got the fillers, Rinna told People that the silicone started seeping throughout her lip and created ‘hard and bumpy’ scar tissue.
‘In the beginning, it was great, but then it started to feel hard and bumpy, like peas,’ she explained during her 2010 interview with the publication, adding, ‘I was crazy to even touch them in the first place.’
She said she tried cortisone shots to reduce the swelling, but that ‘made them look worse.’

Later in 2010, Lisa said Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Garth Fisher reconstructed her upper lip by removing some of the damaged tissue.
And she was ecstatic afterwards, gushing to People at the time, ‘You can see my teeth when I smile now, which you couldn’t do for a while. I’ve been smiling these big smiles. My lip is back to being smooth.’
Despite what happened, she said she didn’t regret getting the lip fillers, explaining: ‘It’s made me who I am. I am the perfect poster child for what not to do on a whim.
‘With all that’s happened with the lip, I can show them that you need to love yourself for who you are and embrace how you look.’
When asked about her thoughts on plastic surgery during an appearance on HuffPost Live in 2013, she said, ‘It’s nobody’s business. I don’t care what you do. If it makes you feel good, do it.’
More recently, in 2024, Rinna revealed that she was ‘dissolving’ some hyaluronic acid gel injections that she had gotten in her face months prior because they had added ‘volume’ that she ‘didn’t want.’
