Lily’s new album West End Girl is a shocking takedown of her ex-husband with 14 tracks detailing in brutal honesty David’s affair, including the discovery of sex toys and condoms at his ‘Pussy Palace’.
David has amassed a $6million fortune thanks to his role in the Netflix hit Stranger Things, while Lily is thought to be worth $4million thanks to her music and podcast success and a series of stage and TV roles.
The most explosive song on Lily’s album sees the star describe throwing a partner out of their family home in New York and sending him to his separate West Village apartment – which earns the shock moniker.
She then turns up at the apartment which she’d ‘assumed was a dojo // but I realised something don’t feel right // So am I looking at a sex addict?’
In the second verse she sings about finding a shoebox of letters ‘from broken-hearted women that wished you could have been better’ alongside sex toys as she asks ‘how did I get caught up in your double life?’

Although Lily has admitted she has taken artistic license with some of the lyrics, fans are now convinced they have found David’s ‘pussy palace’.
Back in 2019 the Stranger Things star gave Architectural Digest a tour of the NYC loft apartment he had just spent ten months renovating.
Giving the magazine a tour of the pad, David describes how he fell in love with the 1,400-square-foot space despite its derelict state.
‘The floors were uneven, there was cra**y drywall. It was just a crazy space that clearly hadn’t been touched since the 70s.’
The video shows the actor showing off his floor to ceiling book shelves that lead into an open plan space with a huge tan couch taking up the white-walled space.
The ‘simple’ bedroom he describes as ‘just a place to sleep and maybe read a book and maybe do some pilates’.
One notable detail in the AD coverage includes an unusual architectural feature uncovered during the 10-month renovation, which stripped the home down to its original factory roots.
Metal bolts that once held the tools to make wagon wheels were found in the bedroom, with David noting: ‘I think it’s very cool to walk around and see them on the walls.’
In the piece he also speaks of his pride at the apartment, revealing ‘there is a space on the kitchen counter that I like to sit on. It makes me feel like a lion surveying my surroundings up on a hill,’ adding of his home: ‘it feels romantic in a way.’

While it’s not been confirmed that this is the apartment Lily sings about, it is known that David kept the apartment during his marriage to the singer.

Since ending their marriage in December, the former couple have now reportedly put their New York townhouse on the market for an eye-watering $8million.
The exes are set to make a huge profit on their Brooklyn property, which they originally purchased for $3.3million (£2.5m) in 2020.
According to The US Sun, Lily and David’s property only hit the market on Sunday, two days after her bombshell album was released.
Documents obtained by the publication show that Lily and David purchased the property under two separate trusts as co-owners, and have spent thousands on renovations to the home.
