Jessica Alba’s ex Cash Warren, 46, enjoys night out with female friend by his side at exclusive club in LA

Jessica Alba’s ex Cash Warren had a female friend by his side as he enjoyed a night out in Los Angeles. 

The movie producer, 46, was spotted with actress Seanna Pereira outside the exclusive private members-only restaurant Bird Streets Club early this morning.

The duo were said to have stepped out of the establishment at approximately 1AM today, and appeared to be waiting by the valet.  

Both Alba and Warren have moved on since announcing their split earlier this year, with the the Pair of Thieves founder having been linked to model Hana Sun Doerr, 25, and the actress dating actor Danny Ramirez, 32.

And Pereira, who appears to be 20-years-old, looked stunning in a fitted white top with black waist-high shorts, kitten heels, and a quilted Chanel bag in hand.

The actress – whose resume includes roles in 24: Legacy, Everglades, and a part in the upcoming film Shoot or Die – stood patiently beside Warren as he chatted with someone out of view.

Daily Mail has contacted Warren via his Pair of Thieves company and Pereira for comment about the outing but did not immediately hear back.  

Alba and Warren, who share three children, have both been linked to much younger love interests since their split,  and are said to be fine with one another’s respective age-gap romances. 

‘The age difference [with their younger partners] is not a big deal,’ a source dished to Us Weekly. ‘They think it’s common in Hollywood, so there’s no issue. They are cool with each other dating.’

The person close to the situation added, ‘They’re happy for each other. There’s no negativity or bad feelings. 

‘They’re still good friends and just want each other to be happy. And they aren’t judging each other.’

Warren and Sun Doerr met through mutual friends and are now exclusive, said UsWeekly’s source.

It was noted that the relationship is in the early stages and the two have not considered their long-term future.

Meanwhile, Alba and Ramirez connected through friends and have a more casual bond. 

‘It’s less serious than Cash’s relationship,’ the insider shared. ‘It’s fun and casual.’

Jessica and Cash are parents to daughters Honor, 17, Haven, 14, and son Hayes, seven.

And neither of them are ready to introducer their new flames to their brood.

The source explained, ‘They are incredibly protective of their kids’ privacy and well-being, so introducing new partners would be taken very slowly and only once a relationship is stable and serious.’

For now, the entrepreneurs’ priority is maintaining a ‘stable and peaceful environment for their kids.’

The Honey actress announced her split from her husband of nearly 17 years in January.

Sharing news of their separation, she wrote online: ‘I’ve been on a journey of self realization and transformation for years — both as an individual and in partnership with Cash.

‘I’m proud of how we’ve grown as a couple and in our marriage over the last 20 years and it’s now time for us to embark on a new chapter of growth and evolution as individuals.’

Proving that their relationship is amicable, she paid tribute to her ex with a heartfelt message on Father’s Day in June.

‘Happy Father’s Day, @cash_warren,’ the movie star wrote to her estranged spouse. ‘Our babies couldn’t have a better dad –  warm, kind, present, always knowing what to say. I admire your patience and the way you hold space for them, making them feel safe and light after every conversation. Thank you for being their rock.’

It was written over a throwback photo featuring him cradling their newborn son while their daughters looked on.
