Kim Kardashian reveals extreme measures she had to take after learning someone put ‘a hit out’ on her life
Kim Kardashian discussed the chilling moment she found out someone ‘extremely close’ to her put a hit out on her life in the latest episode of the Kardashians.
The reality star, 45, went into detail about the ‘scary ordeal’ on the fourth episode of season seven, titled ‘A Tragedy in Reality’, revealing she had to take extreme measures like switching out all her cars.
She also had to limit going out and not drive to certain places. ‘It’s just like all these things where it’s like okay, switch out all my cars, do this, don’t drive here, don’t go out,’ the star shared.
Kardashian said the information was provided to her by an attorney who was informed of it by inmates at a prison.
The mom-of-four was told it was ‘someone extremely close to me’ that ‘used to be in my life’ though she did not name the person.
The star said she took it seriously and had to ‘switch out all her cars’ and meet with attorneys and investigators.

It was explained to her that the person ‘just wanted some money and was going to act like it was happening but they were going to stop it for you. Just for you to be indebted to them.’
Kardashian shared that whether it was real or not, it ‘took a toll’ on her.
The star shared the news while studying for the bar exam, which she has since failed.
‘I am feeling a little bit overwhelmed. Like this week just so many things were happening, that were like crazy life-altering.’
‘And I’m like, I don’t have time to deal with it.’
When she was asked if she wants to share any of those things, Kardashian replied, ‘Oh, just like, someone from prison was like “this person put a hit out on your life.” You know, so just like stuff like that.’
Kim — whose late father Robert Kardashian was also an attorney — then went into detail during a confessional, sharing, ‘I got a call from an attorney that was hearing from the guys inside that there was a hit out on me.’
‘They said someone extremely close to me, that used to be in my life had put a hit out on my life.’
‘And so, you take it seriously.’

Kardashian added that she was being proctored by an attorney for the exam, when she got the call about the threat.
‘I stepped out to get the call, and I sat here and like one tear came down my face. I was just like, nobody cares. And I was like, okay, what number are we on? And I like continued, and she was like, “Are you okay?” And I was like, “yeah, yeah.”‘
Kardashian then shared what the investigators uncovered.
‘They came up with the lead that you know, it wasn’t real. The person just wanted some money.’
Kardashian said that dealing with the ordeal was ‘a lot.’
‘But then you have to move on.’
The star also discussed the stress of studying for the California bar exam, which is considered to be one of the most difficult in the United States.
Kim spoke about making studying her number one focus, as she was three months away from taking the exam.
The busy star shared that she’s been studying ‘nine hours a day, every day’ and feels ‘exhausted’ and ‘overwhelmed.’

‘I really do need to pass on the first try,’ she added.
When asked why, the star replied, ‘I don’t have another few months I can give up.’

Over the weekend, Kardashian, who took the exam back in July, confirmed that she did not pass.

‘Six years into this law journey, and I’m still all in until I pass the bar. No shortcuts, no giving up – just more studying and even more determination.’
Kardashian then sent gratitude to those who have ‘supported and encouraged me along the way so far.’
She concluded her statement with a positive message and stated that she nearly passed the bar exam.
‘Falling short isn’t failure – it’s fuel. I was so close to passing the exam and that only motivates me even more. Let’s Go!!!!!!!!!!’
