Lewis Hamilton’s Ferrari misery continues as star is knocked out of Q1 AGAIN at Qatar Grand Prix

Lewis Hamilton’s nightmare start to the Qatar Grand Prix weekend continued as he was knocked out of qualifying in Q1.
The British star struggled mightily in his Ferrari and backed up the disappointment of the sprint race with another poor display.
In the sprint, Hamilton started from the pits after qualifying in 18th and could only improve by one position, ending in 17th.
He was 46.1 seconds off the pace and his woes went on in qualifying for the race as he was knocked out in the first round, mirroring his Q1 exit in the previous Grand Prix.
Afterwards he gave a frank assessment of the disappointment, revealing an exchange between himself and Pierre Gasly.
He said: ‘Pierre came up to me afterwards, he was like, “yo, you look so bad!”

‘I was like, “yeah, I know, no s*** sherlock.”‘
Hamilton went into the first section of qualifying with a used set of tyres before changing to a new set.
He appeared to be lacking any kind of confidence in his car, which has been the story of the seven-time world champion’s season.
