Lilibet’s locks steal the show! Meghan’s daughter is every inch the little Princess with her fiery red locks in a neat plait at Thanksgiving outing

Royal fans have been left gushing over Princess Lilibet’s fiery red locks after her mother Meghan Markle showed them off in a video to celebrate Thanksgiving.

The four-year-old granddaughter of the King is seemingly taking after her father Prince Harry, who is also famed for his red hair.

Harry and Meghan brought both their children – Lilibet and Prince Archie, six – along to a community kitchen ahead of Thanksgiving in Los Angeles.

Meghan shared a video montage from the day at Our Big Kitchen where the royals, as part of the Archewell Foundation initiative, helped bake cookies, slice vegetables and package meals for people in Los Angeles experiencing food insecurity.

Lilibet was seen standing next to her mother in the kitchen wearing a festive red tartan dress.

Her face was kept out of the photos, which showed her long red hair – the very same shade as her father’s – braided beneath a hat.

‘How I love Lili’s hair colour!’ one person wrote on X.

Meghan recently opened up about balancing work and her family life with Prince Harry and their two kids in an interview with Harper’s Bazaar on November 19.

‘My office is right by the kitchen, and I love that I can work from home,” she told the outlet, adding that Lilibet ‘comes and sits on my lap when I’m in the middle of the meeting, whether it’s about P and L for my brand or it’s about something creative’.

‘I hope they see the value of being brave,’ she said of what she hopes her kids take away from seeing her working.

At another point of the interview she said of motherhood: ‘I’m a mom with kids at that age where they are constantly learning something new. I watch them face things that feel completely insurmountable every day.

‘But you can remember and say, ‘I know it seems really hard right now, but trust me, that’s going to come so easily soon.’ I can give myself the same grace as a founder. There’s no such thing as perfect. I, too, get to make mistakes.”
