The Love Island Australia host took to Instagram to share a very bizarre video.
The short clip showed Sophie, 46, putting on a busty display in a light pink bikini top.
She also flaunted her enviable form in a pair of skimpy pink-and-white checked bottoms.
In the video, Sophie can be seen pulling an array of curious facial expressions as the song The Middle by Zedd, Maren Morris and Grey plays over the footage.
Captioning the hilarious clip, Sophie admitted that she was attempting her take on a popular TikTok trend involving the song.

The trend sees social media users lip-sync to the song’s chorus and editing the footage to mimic a nostalgic photo booth aesthetic.
However, instead of editing different poses to line up with the ‘ticking’ in the chorus, Sophie attempted hers live.
The hilarious result saw her contort her face into many weird and wonderful expressions as she attempted to remain on trend.
She also mimed the song’s lyric: ‘I’m losing my mind just a little,’ offering the camera a cheeky grin.
‘What else do you do on a boiling hot day? Hope everyone’s keeping cool,’ she captioned the clip.
Sophie went on to admit she hadn’t executed the trend correctly, but posted her attempt regardless.
‘I’m not sure I did the trend right now, looking at other people’s posts,’ she added.
Sophie’s 717,000 followers did not seem to mind the fail, however, with many praising the TV star for her self-effacing humour.

Another follower jumped in with: ‘Thanks for the laugh, I’ve been at work this weekend…. flopped on the lounge and wow, made me laugh so hard.’

Sophie recently gave fans a rare glimpse at her appearance on Instagram versus reality.
Done up with a full face of makeup and long, blonde hair in the first part of the clip, Sophie showed off for the camera.
She wrote in a caption across the screen: ‘Him: You’d look better without makeup or extensions’.
The next part of the video showed Sophie grimacing for the camera, her face now bare and makeup-free.
Her blonde hair was also messy and much shorter with her clip-in extensions removed.

Sophie previously revealed that her beauty routine is actually very simple.
Speaking to Daily Mail, she said: ‘I’m not big on doing extremes for beauty’.
One of the secrets behind Sophie’s radiant visage is that she uses hydrating face masks on her dry skin regularly, including before she puts on makeup.
‘Growing up I used to wash my face with any cleanser and then put lanolin – which is the basis of every moisturiser – on my face,’ she said of starting her beauty prep from a young age.
Sophie also joked that she’s refocused on her health and fitness since meeting her husband Joshua Gross in 2018.
‘I have to, because he’s all healthy and fit,’ she laughed, adding: ‘Seriously, he’s got an eight-pack! So now I have to go walking and stuff.’
