Perhaps the most wholesome TV series, Love on the Spectrum is officially coming back for its third season and my lil’ heart cannot WAIT to watch the search for true love continue. A new trailer has dropped and you just know it’s going to all kinds of ~wonderful~.
Now in case you still haven’t stumped across this series, it’s a reality television show that follows people on the autism spectrum as they explore the dating world.
Since first airing in 2019 — and becoming a lot of people’s dose of comfort back when we were in lockdown — the Emmy Award-winning docu-series has cultivated a devoted global following.
With its third season, we’re set to join new romantic hopefuls and familiar faces searching for love.

“We’re incredibly proud to bring viewers another season of this heartwarming series which contributes to a richer understanding of ourselves and the world around us,” said Karina Holden, co-creator and executive producer of Love on the Spectrum and head of factual at production company Northern Pictures.
According to Holden, season three features the return of couples “whose stories have captivated audiences across the globe” alongside new faces “whose stories remind us that the search for connection is universal”.

Cian O’Clery, co-creator, executive producer and director of the series, added show continues to bring “joy, hope and understanding to the world”.
“We look forward to sharing these touching stories with global audiences once again,” O’Clery said.
With the season dropping next month, here’s everything you need to know.
Is there a Love on the Spectrum season 3 trailer?
Let us be the first to say absolutely yes! Since dropping on Thursday, it’s already generating a buzz, with one YouTuber commenting it’s “literally the only dating show I’ve ever been interested in watching”.
Another user added the show is “singlehandedly saving whats left of my faith in humanity” (girl, same).

By the looks of it, we’re in for some real talk, awkward first dates, and plenty of making memories (I spotted a boat, golf, and plenty of busting a move).
When is Love on the Spectrum season 3 coming out?
In really good news for us impatient viewers, the latest season is set to grace our screens real soon AKA next month!
Indeed, season three drops on Netflix on Wednesday, April 2 — which, fun fact, also happens to be World Autism Awareness Day.
Who will star in the new season of Love on the Spectrum?
First thing’s first, we can confirm neurodiversity expert and author Jennifer Cook will be back to guide the daters.
Among the familiar faces returning this season are popular couple Abbey (26) and David (30), who first connected in season one and are now approaching four years together(!!!) in July.

Other fascinating individuals you can expect to meet are charismatic medieval enthusiast James (36), talented animator and entrepreneur Dani (29), energetic Tanner (25), thoughtful Connor (25), and creative Adan (27).
Now, in terms of the fresh faces, there’s Madison (27), who says she was inspired to join the show after seeing Abbey and David’s love story.
Also prepare to say hi to Pari (22), an artistic newcomer who loves singing, drawing, animation, and is a huge train buff.
