MAFS 2026 Couples Retreat Location: Inside The 7-Bedroom Stay

The Married At First Sight (MAFS) 2026 Couples Retreat might be the first time we’ve seen the comment “finger bang” cause such a ruckus, but it’s also the first time it’s taken place at a brand-new location on New South Wales’ South Coast.

The MAFS Couples Retreat location is Greyleigh in Kiama, a 200-acre property that’s less than two hours from Sydney’s CBD.

Greyleigh is used exclusively for weddings, events, accommodation and — you guessed it — retreats, and was established as a working dairy farm back in the 1800s.

The accommodation includes the Homestead, which is a four-bedroom, three-bathroom space that can house up to 12 guests. You may remember Gia Fleur and Scott McCristal nabbed the loft room with the free-standing bathtub and balcony.

Then there’s the Guest House, a three-bedroom stay that sleeps up to six guests. This is where Steven Danyluk and Rachel Gilmore nabbed a room.

That’s 18 guests in total, which is fine considering so many couples have already dropped like flies by the time the retreat rolled around. Including the MAFS intruders, there are 24 MAFS 2026 participants. There are now just 14.

Greyleigh was purchased in 2019 and underwent a $5 million transformation, according to Nine.com.au. In 2023, prices started from $3,750 a night with a two-night minimum stay. OK! Quick maths. If you can find a full 18 friends, you’re looking at roughly $208 per night, per person. I mean, it does look pretty lush. And the farm stay aesthetic is a full vibe.

Previous retreats have been held in locations such as the Southern Highlands (who could forget *that* piano bed, season after season), and another nearby Lucinda Light‘s spiritual stomping ground of Byron Bay.

I’d totally visit any of these history-making venues if I could find enough friends to stay there with me.
