Man is accused of disturbing act outside a bathroom window – as cops allegedly make gross discovery on his phone

A man has been charged after allegedly filming a woman through a bathroom window. 

Police were called to a home on Cassia Road, Leeton, in south NSW, about 7.30am on Saturday.

Officers were told a woman had grabbed a man’s phone after it was allegedly held up to the bathroom window to film her. 

Nicolas Vanderlee, 28, was arrested at the scene and taken to Leeton Police Station.

Police searched a home on Cassia Road and seized several electronic devices.  

Vanderlee has been charged with six counts of film person in private act without consent, and one count of possess child abuse material.

Police will allege in court he had also previously filmed a 16-year-old girl.

He was refused bail to appear before Parramatta Local Court on Sunday.
