According to TMZ, the Aussie actress and the country music singer have been living apart “since the beginning of summer”.
Sources told the outlet that Urban has moved into his own place in Nashville, while Kidman has stayed in their family home with the couple’s daughters, Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 14.
Page Six has also confirmed the break-up, quoting a source who said that Nicole “did not want the separation and was trying to save things”.
Another insider told TMZ that she’s been “holding the family together through this difficult time since Keith has been gone”.
As for what happens next? That’s still up in the air. Neither Kidman nor Urban have spoken publicly about the reports, and their reps didn’t return comment when contacted by Page Six.
The couple married back in 2006 and, for years, were held up as one of those rare long-lasting Hollywood love stories.
