Pathetic reality behind HSTikkyTokky: The Mail’s exposed his lies about fortune, houses and lavish life… now AMANDA PLATELL exposes the most devastating blow of all

Watching Louis Theroux’s documentary Inside The Manosphere – which is billed as a deep-dive into the dark world of misogyny online and a must-watch for any parent wanting to protect their sons from its evils – I did laugh out loud when its chief villain turned out to be the livestreamer HSTikkyTokky. What kind of juvenile name is that?
Real name Harrison Sullivan, the 23-year-old is a privately educated lad from Essex who has made a career out of saying and doing outrageous things online for clicks.
Along with his motley crew of other online creators – like ‘businessman’ Justin Waller, podcaster Myron Gaines and livestreamer Sneako – these young men crassly deem women as inferior, calculating, fat or ugly, too stupid to vote, arguing that it is time to seize back control in the gender wars.
As manosphere supremo Gaines charmingly articulates to his followers, he is the alpha male, the boss, the provider: ‘In a relationship I’m the dictator and I decide when I want to put my d*** into you.’
Yes, it’s grotesque, but I think there’s a deeper flaw in Theroux’s thesis – which is that these men seem to have little understanding of the female sex whatsoever.
Their searing ‘masculinity’ aside, much of the footage we see of these Manosphere Morons, away from their own online content, is with other blokes – their 24/7 entourages, their cling-on bromance brothers who lovingly film their every move, their every pec flex in the gym, every drop of sweat for up to eight hours a day.

Entrepreneur turned influencer Justin Waller is also a subject of Theroux’s documentary
These well-oiled blokes pump iron together, gazing adoringly at each other’s bodies. It does start to feel, dare I say without judgment, a tad homoerotic.
For the most part, the only females in their lives are hired OnlyFans girls, who are also influencers and in it for the money.
Yet confusingly, the men who do have female ‘partners’, like Waller and Gaines, don’t seem to have loving relationships with them.
Waller, who claims women need to be dominated and put in their place, does have a ‘wife’ who has accepted what he insists upon – one-sided monogamy, where he gets to have sex with any woman he chooses which, he insists, she doesn’t mind as she’s lucky to have him as a provider and alpha male and occasionally allowed to join a threesome.
Meanwhile Gaines’s girlfriend tells Theroux she accepts his ‘one-sided monogamy’ and group sex – but split with Myron before the documentary aired.
But what really perplexes me most about the manosphere is how little time these men spend with women, apart from the ones who are paid by them and who are coat-tailing on their success. These women are not victims, they are colluders, all seeking hits and fame – just like the manosphere influencers who hire them to appear in their videos. Despite this, HSTikkyTokky tells Theroux he would disown any daughter of his who became an OnlyFans model as they are all ‘sl*gs’.
The documentary also highlights podcaster Myron Gaines, who says he is the ‘dictator’ of his relationship as an alpha male
HSTikkyTokky with his mother Elaine, who raised him alone as his father was not around during his childhood
It makes me wonder: for all their talk of sex, are these men even attracted to women?
Many of them, as Theroux points out, have what these days would be considered as ‘trauma’ in their backgrounds, raised in broken – often violent – homes without a male role model. They’ve never seen what a loving relationship between a man and a woman looks like. They are so blinded by their own bitter pasts all they can see are the sins of their absent fathers bequeathed upon themselves, and now seek company – and strikingly close companionship – with other fellow women-haters.
HSTikkyTokky, who still has zits on his chin as well as that stupid goatee, claims to have made lots of money, like all the manosphere stars, out of being cruel and verbally abusive to women. But as the Daily Mail revealed last year, his father is the former England rugby player Victor Ubogu, who wasn’t around for his childhood; his mum, Elaine, raised him alone.
I would refer HSTikkyTokky and his misogynistic ilk to the millions of loving households in this country where kind men respect and love their wives and nurture and raise their sons and daughters. That’s what respect between the sexes really means.
