Puka Nacua facing fresh legal concern after woman accused NFL star of biting and shouting ‘f*** all the Jews’

The woman who accused Puka Nacua of biting and using an anti-Semitic slur is now reportedly suing the NFL star for gender violence, assault and battery, and negligence.

Prosecutors confirmed on Wednesday that they are looking into the allegations, telling The California Post that the case ‘is under review.’

On Tuesday night, it emerged that a woman had filed for a temporary restraining order against the Los Angeles Rams receiver. He denies any wrongdoing and the TRO was denied pending a hearing.

According to court documents obtained by the Daily Mail, Nacua is accused of saying ‘f*** all the Jews’ during dinner on a group outing on New Year’s Eve in Los Angeles.

The woman called this phrase the ‘first act in what became an escalating course of rude or vulgar, threatening, violent, and harassing conduct’ by the Rams star, who is also accused of biting and being ‘touchy-feely.’

Nacua denies the allegations ‘in the strongest possible terms’ and has vowed to file a defamation lawsuit against his accuser whom, his lawyers claim, he had never seen or met prior to the allegations – and has not seen since.

On Wednesday, however, TMZ reported that she has now sued Nacua, claiming to have ‘suffered actual damages, including physical injury, pain and suffering, medical expenses, and severe emotional distress’ after the alleged incident.

She is seeking – among other things – ‘general and compensatory damages in an amount to be proven at trial’ as well as ‘special damages including medical expenses, past and future, in an amount to be proven at trial.’

Nacua’s attorney has accused the woman of trying to ‘blackmail’ the NFL player. Levi McCathern also revealed their plans to escalate the legal war.

‘We will be filing a defamation lawsuit and pursuing all available legal remedies in response to these false and damaging statements,’ he told the Daily Mail.

After dinner, the woman claims that she and her friend – as well as Nacua and others – got in a Sprinter van when he became ‘touchy-feely’ with her.

Then, she alleges, Nacua ‘dropped his head into [her] girlfriend’s lap and crotch area and bit her thumb so forcefully that she screamed in acute pain’ before the wide receiver then turned to his accuser and ‘forcibly’ bit her left shoulder ‘leaving a circular imprint of his teeth on her body.’

A photo of this was included in the application for a temporary restraining order. A day after the incident, the alleged victim contacted police and filed an incident report.

McCathern has said the bite mark happened during ‘horseplay’ while the group was partying. He insists nothing more than a ‘temporary mark’ was left.

On Wednesday, however, the woman’s attorney, Joseph Kar, told TMZ that McCathern is trying to smear his client’s name with ‘reductive commentary and hyperbole’ to distract from Nacua’s actions in a ‘fit of alcoholic violence.’

This alleged incident took place just days after Nacua performed an offensive Jewish stereotype on a live stream at the behest of Adin Ross (L). Nacua later apologized.

This alleged incident took place just days after Nacua performed an offensive Jewish stereotype on a live stream at the behest of Adin Ross (L). Nacua later apologized.

He said in a statement: ‘This is not in any way a “horseplay” event and Mr. Nacua and crisis management team will not deny there was an attack involving Mr. Nacua’s lips, mouth, and teeth gnashing down on [her] shoulder in a violent and provocative manner, and then passing out cold.’

McCathern reiterated his client’s stance in a statement to the Daily Mail. ‘We are aware of the Temporary Restraining Order filed… against Puka Nacua stemming from a New Year’s Eve incident while he was spending time with friends. That request was DENIED by the Court,’ he said.

‘Let’s be clear about what this case is — and what it is not. This matter is not sexual in nature, nor does it involve any allegation of domestic violence. If it did, the filings would look very different. They do not. It also doesn’t involve any elements of antisemitism. Multiple sober witnesses have stated unequivocally that Puka never made the comments [she] claims.

‘Recent media reports have included inflammatory and unverified claims by [the accuser] that are flatly inconsistent with the facts. In fact, she continued to spend time with our client after the alleged incident — conduct that directly contradicts the narrative now being advanced – as evidenced by the videos seen online of her twerking and partying at a club after she says the assault took place.

‘In the months that followed, our office was contacted with demands for millions of dollars in exchange for not publicizing these allegations. That is not a legitimate legal claim — it is blackmail. In fact, we are aware that the Court reviewed her filing and DENIED her request for a TRO.

‘The timing of the claimant’s recent legal action — over three months after the alleged incident… further underscores the complete lack of credibility behind these accusations.

‘Puka denies these allegations in the strongest possible terms. We will be filing a defamation lawsuit and pursuing all available legal remedies in response to these false and damaging statements.’
