Though Chuck Norris had largely retired from the entertainment industry, the actor had kept busy in recent years with his wellness brand, Roundhouse Provisions. First launched in 2022 with a focus on emergency supplies and preparedness, Norris said he was inspired to create Roundhouse Provisions as a way to keep his loved ones safe.
“I’ve always been serious about my own preparedness and making sure I can take care of my family under any circumstances,” Norris told Rolling Stone in an early interview promoting the brand. “But I decided to look beyond just protecting my loved ones after that big ice storm in February of 2021,” he continued. “Seeing what [people had] gone through and knowing that a disaster like that could strike anywhere at any time, I decided to use my position to help make sure other families stay ready, prepared, and safe.”
After launching with emergency food supply kits, Roundhouse pivoted to the wellness market in late 2023, inspired by Norris’ own growing interest in health and longevity. The goal: to create food and health supplements that “help people reach their maximum performance when they need it the most,” read a company description, and to ensure that people are “always prepared and ready, from everyday essentials to emergencies and beyond.”
One of the most popular Roundhouse Provisions products has been their “Morning Kick” drink mix, which quickly became one of the highest-reviewed wellness supplements in the market when it launched, according to the brand. Available online on Amazon, the retailer says more than 4,000 people have picked up the dietary supplement in the last month alone.

The superfood power boasts a lineup of greens like wheatgrass, spirulina and kale, plus probiotics, fiber and ashwagandha (known for its calming properties).
The daily drink mix is said to help boost energy, support digestion and “enhance overall wellness,” per the brand. Roundhouse also says a Morning Kick smoothie won’t cause crash-outs or jitters like coffee or sugary energy drinks. And reviewers say the new “watermelon mint” flavor is surprisingly refreshing, with no chalkiness or syrupy flavors.

Basecamp Complete Nutrition Shake by Chuck Norris
Roundhouse also introduced a chocolate-flavored nutrition shake, which was named the “Meal Replacement Product of the Year” in the 2025 Mindful Awards, an annual list of leaders in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) space.
The plant-based shake is made from pea protein and includes MCT oil, which is said to help support metabolism. Roundhouse says its Basecamp shake also delivers a daily dose of 28 essential vitamins and minerals, with an “deal balance of high-quality protein, healthy fats, fiber, and complex carbohydrates to fuel your body and mind.”
Though he was best-known as an action star, Norris was also a proponent of the tranquil and meditative properties of martial arts. As Norris told Rolling Stone, “In times of great trouble and danger, your spiritual health is just as important as your physical health.”

That was seemingly the inspiration behind the actor’s “Qi Master” powder. Rooted in organic mushrooms, MCT oil, astragalus root for immunity, and rhodiolife extract to help reduce fatigue, the adaptogen smoothie mix promises to help “unleash your inner vitality.”
