Tottenham Hotspur's Antonin Kinsky was substituted after just 16 minutes of a goalkeeping horror show against Atletico Madrid.
The 22-year-old from the Czech Republic made two awful bloopers to concede goals in that time while teammate Micky van de Ven slipped on the Madrid turf before Antoine Griezmann's goal.
Marcos Llorente scored Atletico's first goal in the sixth minute of the Champions League match when Kinsky slipped and misfired attempting a routine long ball.

Kinsky then made a complete mess of another attempted clearance as Julian Alvarez pounced to make it 3-0.
"Scarcely believable the way Tottenham Hotspur are collapsing," Bill Leslie said on Stan Sport's commentary.
"Atletico almost look embarrassed. Oh dear, oh dear, oh dear."

Guglielmo Vicario then took Kinsky's place in goal for the first leg of the round of 16 tie. It was Kinsky's first Champions League start.
"Enough is enough. Igor Tudor puts him out of his pain," Leslie said.
"His personal one anyway. The private pain will continue for some time. He'll need some looking after."

Atletico led 4-1 at halftime. Spurs are also having an awful Premier League campaign and are in relegation danger as they sit 16th.

Earlier on Wednesday (AEDT), Galatasaray claimed a 1-0 first leg win over Liverpool in Istanbul.

Mario Lemina's seventh-minute header secured the win for Galatasaray, which stunned Juventus with a 7-5 aggregate victory in the playoffs. The second leg is at Anfield next Thursday (AEDT).
Galatasaray had chances to take an even bigger lead to Merseyside, with Victor Osimhen's second half strike ruled out for offside. Liverpool saw Ibrahima Konate's effort disallowed by VAR for handball.
Lemina headed the ball into the net in from close range after Osimhen headed goalward from a corner.
"We created a lot of chances, but we also missed a lot," Liverpool captain Virgil van Dijk said.
"I think we came very close to scoring in the first half.
"It's very important to take advantage of these opportunities and convert them into goals. We played against a good team in a high pressure atmosphere.

"The second leg will be at our home. And that's definitely an advantage for us.
"Everything is in our hands when we're at home. We'll be playing there to advance to the next round."
The loss rachets up the pressure on Liverpool manager Arne Slot, with the defending Premier League champions sitting sixth in the domestic competition.
