The Night Manager fans left hot under the collar by ‘sexiest scene of the decade’ as Tom Hiddleston’s love triangle romp has them ‘gasping out loud’

The Night Manager fans were left hot under the collar on Sunday night after tuning in for the latest episode in its saucy new series on BBC One.
Viewers watched on as leading actor Tom Hiddleston, who plays former British soldier Jonathan Pine in the hit series, performed in what they called his ‘sexiest scene’ yet.
Tom, 44, returned to screens for the second series of the drama, which is based on the novel of the same name by John Le Carre, earlier this month after a decade-long break.
The spy thriller follows the soldier in his new role as an intelligence officer, tasked this time with exposing a conspiracy designed to destabilise a nation, led by Colombian businessman Teddy Dos Santos, played by Diego Calva.
On his new journey, Pine meets Roxana Bolaños (Camila Morrone), a businesswoman who helps him infiltrate Teddy’s Colombian arms operation.
Through his twisting undercover journey, Pine is plunged deep into the deadly plot involving the arming and training of a guerrilla army.

And in an unexpected turn, Pine finds himself at the centre of a love triangle between Roxana, and the leader of the guerrilla army, Teddy.
Fans were left in shock as the trio found themselves sharing a passionate dance in the new third episode, calling it the ‘sexiest scene of the decade.’
Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, to react, one penned, sharing a clip of the dance scene: ‘The sexiest scene of the decade possibly the century.’
A second chimed in: ‘The sexual tension between Pine & Teddy is maaadddd! One kiss, just give us one passionate kiss!’
‘Huge fan of spy shows suddenly,’ a third joked, while a fourth penned: ‘This scene was incredible. The chemistry was amazing, the cinematography, the sexiness.’
‘So much chemistry it’s off the charts!’ a fifth added, while a sixth agreed of the action: ‘That scene was so HOT.’
Someone else concluded that the ‘five minutes in The Night Manager’ was ‘sexier than anything’ seen on hit hockey series Heated Rivalry.
It comes after the show’s fans gushed that series two of the BBC show is the ‘perfect Bond audition tape’ for Tom and called out plot for being the same as Licence To Kill.

Viewers took to X to comment on how they thought the series was unfolding, comparing the plot to the 1989 Timothy Dalton movie.
While Daniel Craig’s replacement for the 007 is yet to be announced, many now believe Tom would be the perfect leading man, with The Night Manager as the ‘perfect’ audition for the role.
One wrote on X: ‘The Night Manager episode two very good. Quite LeCarre, but mostly half the plot of Licence to Kill. Which is just a reminder how good (and how ahead of it’s time) LTK is/was.’
‘I said it when it was out and I still maintain it. Night Manager is Tom Hiddleston’s audition for Bond and I think it’s successful,’ a second added.
‘It’s been almost 10 years since the first season, but it’s nice to have The Night Manager back. I maintain that if Tom Hiddleston ever wanted to play James Bond, this series is his audition tape,’ penned a third.
Elsewhere, revealed that he would ‘absolutely’ be up for starring in Strictly Come Dancing after he suggested he would be open to an appearance on the next series of The Celebrity Traitors.
During a campaign to plug his BBC hit show, he was asked if he would like to take part in Strictly and The Traitors, according to The Sun.
Tom said: ‘Yeah, absolutely. Yeah. I’m a massive, massive fan of both.’
Fans begged for more passionate scenes with one writing: ‘The sexual tension between Pine & Teddy is maaadddd! One kiss, just give us one passionate kiss’

The first celebrity version of The Traitors pulled in an average of 13 million viewers an episode, becoming one of the biggest commercial successes of the year for the BBC when it aired in October.
And Tom has been open about being eager to appear on The Traitors and previously confirmed the idea of making a rather unlikely appearance at Ardross Castle when the next series begins has a certain appeal.
Discussing The Traitors on BBC Radio 2, he said: ‘I mean the celebrity one would be amazing.
‘I think the whole show, the format is just the most ingenious thing, isn’t it? It’s completely compulsive. Maybe the best television I’ve ever seen.’
The latest series launched on New Year’s Day with almost every contestant keen on becoming a traitor, but Tom believes it would be more interesting to stay faithful.
He said: ‘I’d like to be a Faithful because then you can play detective, right?
‘And you know that your conscience is clean and your heart is pure, and you’re just watching and trying to figure people out.
‘If you’re a Traitor it’s more of an acting exercise, right? It’s a game, you have to keep deceiving and cloaking and dissembling and basically lying to people.
‘It would be interesting though. I don’t know, I think being a faithful would be more of a curiosity scratcher somehow.’
The Night Manager continues Sunday at 9pm on BBC One and iPlayer
