It was all treats and no tricks for the Today show hosts as they showed off their incredible Halloween costumes on Friday morning.
The theme of the show’s extravagant Halloween special was ‘coast to coast,’ with the TV personalities looking incredible as they prepared to celebrate the spooky day with costumes, which included ’90s Saved by the Bell sweethearts and even Beyonce.
Savannah Guthrie channeled her inner magazine editor, posing as the fierce – but vicious – Runway editor, Miranda Priestly from the popular movie The Devil Wears Prada on the talk show.
The costume was complete with her real-life assistant, Kaitlin Vickery, making a cameo as Miranda’s assistant, Andrea Sachs, famously played by Anne Hathaway.
However, she noted: ‘Savannah is nothing like Miranda in real life.’
Meanwhile, her co-host Jenna Bush Hager went as Miranda Priestly’s rumored real-life inspiration, Vogue editor-in-chief, Anna Wintour.
Al Roker looked menacing as Rocky Balboa’s legendary opponent Clubber Lang, while Carson Daly dressed as Rocky the business.
It was all Diamonds and Pearls for Craig Melvin, who pulled on an iconic purple suit to dress as the one and only Prince – even treating viewers to Prince’s Oscar-winning hit Purple Rain.

It was a musical morning on Today, with Dylan Dreyer dressing as Frankie Valli of The Four Seasons – also belting out a tune.
Mario Lopez delighted fans when the Access Hollywood host stepped out looking very familiar – reprising his character, school heartthrob A.C. Slater from Saved by the Bell.
Meanwhile, Laura Jarrett went full ’90s throwback, dressed as Lisa Turtle from Saved by the Bell.
Peter Alexander bought a slice of paradise and some tropical rock to Rockefeller plaza, bringing out his guitar to dress as Jimmy Buffett.
Friday morning’s showstopping display also saw Sheinelle Jones dazzle as Beyonce, donning a racy body suit and thigh-high boots as she performed Texas Hold ’Em.
Jones’ daring look is a recreation of the singer’s 2024 NFL halftime show, with the host opening up about what inspired her look.
‘I have this ‘Mount Rushmore’ of women that I admire and this is the last one of the women in my mind,’ Jones told Today.com before the extravaganza.
‘In my Mount Rushmore, I had Tina Turner, Janet Jackson, Diana Ross … so I’ve been able to be all of these amazing women,’ she said, listing her costumes over the years.

‘Has he not aged at all or is this an actual throwback,’ one gob smacked fan wrote after seeing Mario Lopez’s costume.
