Tom Brady shows off extremely rare $500,000 watch on private jet as he flies to Vegas to fire Raiders head coach

He may have seven Super Bowl rings to his name but NFL legend Tom Brady was sporting a very different kind of heavy metal over the weekend.
On Sunday, the minority owner of the Las Vegas Raiders shared pictures from inside his private jet, as he headed to Nevada to fire head coach Pete Carroll.
The franchise then confirmed on Monday that Carroll has been relieved of his duties following a 3-14 campaign that left the team at the bottom of the division.
‘The Las Vegas Raiders have relieved Pete Carroll of his duties as head coach,’ the team announced in a formal statement.
While the coach’s firing dominated headlines on Monday, less than one day before, Brady had shared pictures as he jetted to Nevada and also took the opportunity to flaunt a rare $500,000 timepiece on his Instagram story.
In his post, he showed off an ultra-rare blue Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Perpetual Calendar, which can fetch up to half a million on the market.

In a message to fellow watch aficionados, Brady captioned the post: ‘IYKYK’.
Brady has never been one to shy away from flexing his impressive watch collection and previously did so at the 2026 World Cup draw back in December.
Brady, who looked typically dapper in a sharp black suit and matching tie, was wearing an ultra-rare Patek Philippe Nautilus Ref. 5980/1400R, a watch with a staggering market price of $700,000, according to reports.
The 18k rose gold piece is a dazzling take on the brand’s chronograph icon and is fully set with brilliant-cut diamonds that cover the bezel, case and even the bracelet.
In the past, Brady has showcased his range of Patek Philippe watches but, for the World Cup stage, the Raiders chief decided that diamonds were the order of the day.
Meanwhile, less than 24 hours after sharing pictures of his ultra-rare Audemars Piguet, the Raiders confirmed that they had parted ways with head coach Carroll.
Carroll, who previously won a Super Bowl in Seattle and two national titles at USC, signed a three-year deal with Las Vegas before the season, but ultimately finished the year with the worst record in the NFL at 3-14.
‘Together, they will guide football decisions with a shared focus on leadership, culture, and alignment with the organization’s long-term vision and goals,’ team owner Mark Davis said in a statement.

Minority owner Brady was on hand at the team facility in Henderson, Nevada on Monday. As reported by NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero, Brady is expected to have a bigger voice in football operations this season alongside his former Michigan teammate, current Raiders general manager John Spytek.
The major updates come just a few days after the NFL legend was spotted getting cozy with influencer Alix Earle at a lavish New Year’s Eve event.
The NFL hero, 48, and Dancing With The Stars runner-up Earle, 25, who recently split with Brady’s ex-teammate Braxton Berrios, were filmed getting handsy at a yacht party in St. Barths as they welcomed in 2026 together.
The footage immediately went viral and led to intense speculation about their status. Brady has been single since his 2022 divorce from Gisele Bundchen, the mother of two of his three children, with the Brazilian supermodel marrying jiu-jitsu instructor Joaquim Valente in December.
