Vegas woman shared bizarre ‘evil eye’ video before mid-air meltdown that ended with her duct-taped to plane seat
A female American Airlines passenger had to be duct-taped to her seat during a mid-air meltdown just days after she posted a disturbing ‘evil eye’ selfie video.
Ketty J Dilone, 47, allegedly threatened to kill multiple staffers on Flight 2470 from Charlotte, North Carolina, to Las Vegas on Tuesday, according to a probable cause affidavit from the FBI.
The Nevada woman was accused of screaming obscenities as she walked up and down the aisle while making violent threats against employees.
Her frenzy eventually led airline staff to restrain Dilone to her seat with duct-tape for the remainder of the flight, with passengers sharing footage of her screaming: ‘You don’t know what the f**k I’ve been through b**ch! You want to die?’
The day before her arrest, Dilone took to Facebook to share a bizarre video of herself in the Dominican Republic, whistling into the camera and singing along to a reggae song.
She also screamed into the camera and spoke incoherently in the clip, which she captioned with a seeing eye emoji, as well as hastags: ‘Blessed, humble, thankful, and I’m ready.’
The flight that Dilone allegedly flew into a frenzy on board had originated in the Dominican Republic before stopping for a layover in Charlotte, with the incident escalating after she began recording other passengers, the FBI affidavit said.
According to authorities, Dilone continued attempting to attack flight attendants even after she was duct taped to her seat.

A passenger filmed the wild meltdown as the duct-taped passenger yelled: ‘You don’t know what the f**k I’ve been through b**ch! You want to die?’
The FBI said that when Dilone was initially walking up and down the aircraft, staff ‘restrained in her seat with flex cuffs around her wrists and her seat belt.’
But Dilone allegedly continued thrashing at her restraints, forcing them to use duct-tape to hold back her torso.
As the flight attendant was finishing the restraints, Dilone allegedly kicked her multiple times, causing the attendant to topple over.
As a result, one of Dilone’s legs was also duct-taped to ‘prevent further injury to the flight attendants or other passengers,’ the report states.
Another passenger whipped out her phone and managed to capture some of Dilone’s bizarre outburst.
‘Ma’am, I told you this sh*t is hurting me!’ Dilone allegedly screamed as she was being taped down and cuffed.
‘You don’t know what the f**k I’ve been through b**ch! You don’t know what the f**k I’ve been through b**ch!
‘Kill yourself b**ch! You wanna die b**ch?’

Dilone was charged with one count of interference with a flight crew and one count of assault by striking, beating or wounding after being met by FBI agents when the plane landed
Her rant took an unsettling turn when the unruly passenger claimed she tried to kill her own father with roach poison.
She said she put the toxic substance in her dad’s coffee when she was 11 years old, but it ‘didn’t work.’
‘And in DR [Dominican Republic], we call it “Tres Pasitos.”‘
Tres Pasitos is a strong pesticide that is illegal in the US. Its name translates to ‘three little steps.’
‘The name implies that the product is so poisonous, mice will die very quickly after eating the poison,’ the National Pesticide Information Center wrote.
‘So if anybody wants to kill somebody, put roach poison, but make sure it’s not expired!’ Dilone allegedly shouted. ‘And make sure you put a lot of it, because it didn’t work for my daddy, he just fell asleep.’
After a few moments of tense silence, she loudly alerted everyone that the ‘show’s f**king over.’
But it was far from over: ‘Oh my gosh, Becky, look at her butt, it’s like so big.
‘Oh my gosh, look at that crazy Puerto Rican, look at that crazy Dominican, oh my gosh!’

Seemingly turning to another passenger, she asks, ‘B**ch, you wanna be my friend?
‘I’ll be your friend – because you’re pretty.’
The plane was able to land in Las Vegas and Dilone was arrested by the FBI, before she was transported to the Henderson Detention Center.
She was charged with one count of interference with a flight crew and one count of assault by striking, beating or wounding. Dilone made her first court appearance on the charges in Las Vegas on Thursday
