Celine Dion cancels 20 concerts due to medical reasons

Canadian pop singer Celine Dion has canceled her scheduled shows in North America due to severe muscle spasms that occurred recently. She wrote about this on her official website.

Celine Dion wrote: “I was really hoping I would be fine now, but I guess I just need to be patient and follow the medical regimen that the doctors have prescribed to me. Our concerts require a lot of effort in terms of organization and preparation, so today we had to make decisions that would… That affect plans for the next two months.”

The post notes that all North American concerts scheduled between March 9 and April 22, 2022, will be cancelled.

The Canadian singer’s next concert is scheduled to take place on May 20, 2022 in Birmingham, United Kingdom.
