Chinese and Russian navies conduct exercises in the Arabian Sea

The ships of the Russian Navy and the Chinese Navy conducted joint exercises in the Arabian Sea.

The theme of the exercises was the fight against piracy in one of the main regions of the world’s oceans.

During the exercise, Russian ships, together with the Chinese Navy, carried out tactical maneuvers and organized search operations on a captured cargo ship, which was used as a tanker. The sailors of the two countries also worked to free a captured ship.

Sailors from both sides also conducted health evacuation exercises of an injured person from the large anti-submarine ship “Admiral Tributs” of the Russian Navy to the Chinese destroyer “Urumqi” with the help of a Ka-27PS helicopter of the Russian Navy.
