The Minister of Endowments inspects Sayyida Zeinab Mosque after its redevelopment
Dr. Mohamed Mukhtar Gomaa, Minister of Endowments, inspected Sayyida Zeinab Mosque (may God be pleased with her), and praised the very high level of development carried out by the Engineering Authority of the Armed Forces. The Minister of Endowments greeted, thanked and appreciated To His Excellency Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic, for His Excellency’s interest in the architecture of the houses of God (Almighty and Majestic) in general and the mosques of the Al-Bayt family in particular, and had it not been for the grace of God (Almighty and Majestic) and His Excellency’s guidance and interest in the architecture of mosques at this level that befits Egypt under the new republic under His Excellency’s presidency. We would not have been able to stand at this great level.
The Minister of Endowments confirmed that the total number of mosques that were built, replaced, renovated or developed During the era of President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi (may God protect him), 11,887 mosques were maintained and furnished at a cost estimated at about 18 billion pounds. The opening of the Sayyida Zeinab Mosque (may God be pleased with her) today comes after the opening of the Imam Hussein Mosque (may God be pleased with him) and the Sayyida Nafisa Mosque (may God be pleased with her). May God bless her), the Mosque of Mrs. Fatima the Prophet (may God be pleased with her), and the Mosque of Mrs. Ruqayya (may God be pleased with her) as a crown jewel for the development of these mosques, for Egypt is full of houses of God (the Almighty), and it will remain, God willing, an impregnable fortress for God’s religion.
