Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson reveals peeing IN BOTTLES during his six-hour-long workouts in his ‘Iron Paradise’… as WWE legend prepares to headline WrestleMania 40

Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson’s training regimen is nothing light as the WWE legend spends long stretches in the weight room, including six-hour strength and resistance sessions.

Whether raining for the ring or the silver screen, Johnson, 51, revealed that he urinates in water bottles throughout his workouts.

Speaking to Esquire in 2021, The Rock said: ‘I usually stay pretty hydrated.’ He also revealed that the lack of a bathroom in his portable gym ‘Iron Paradise’ factored into his use of bottles.

‘I need to go to the bathroom a lot. Not a lot, but probably a couple of times during a workout I have to go to the bathroom. So I break out the bottle.’

‘It’s not a water bottle that I’ve actually purchased solely for water that you wash and you clean when you’re done using it.

‘These are just bottles that I’m no longer using and usually the gyms that I workout in don’t have a bathroom because they’re the iron paradise. It’s just hot, sweaty and dirty.’

Rocky will headline Night 1 of WrestleMania 40 in Philadelphia alongside Roman Reigns against Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins. His last appearance in the coveted pay-per-view was at WrestleMania 32 in 2019 against Eric Rowan.

After taking a hiatus from the ring to give time to his movie career, Johnson has been working hard to be in top shape for his return.

‘In the world of pro wrestling, I haven’t done that in a very long time,’ he said on the Pat McAfee show. ‘So, when I do go back to the ring at WrestleMania, the most important thing is the training camp, which I have already started.

‘I have multiple rings set up over in Hawaii, I have a ring set up on the west coast, and we’re full on in camp.’

Johnson previously shared that regardless of the workout, he gets up at 3:30AM. He also detailed that his training sessions occur daily and involve an hour of cardio.

‘The type of training with professional wrestling — unlike stunts, unlike weight training — requires a respect for the sport,’ he told E-News.

‘I gotta prepare in the right way. I don’t want to get my a** kicked too bad.’
