"Dubai Endowments" It supports humanitarian cases on radio stations with one million dirhams

Dubai, April 9 / WAM / The Dubai Endowments and Minors’ Funds Management Foundation provided one million dirhams, in support of humanitarian cases in local radio programs, which were broadcast during the holy month of Ramadan.
The Foundation has allocated support for a package of community radio programs, including the People for People programme, O I Who Wants to Be Good, I Accept, Paths of Giving, and the Zayed Al Khair programme, in cooperation with the charities sponsoring the radio programmes, which are the Dubai Charitable Society, the Beit Al Khair Society, the Dar Al Ber Society and the Tarahum Charitable Foundation.

It includes supporting humanitarian cases of people with serious and incurable diseases, who need to pay the costs of treatment, and those with limited income who need support and assistance.
Omar Juma Kalender, Director of the Endowment Department at the Endowments Foundation and Palace Fund Management in Dubai, confirmed that supporting humanitarian cases that are broadcast on local radio is part of the first charitable work that the Foundation is keen to launch annually, within the framework of the “Caravans of Charity” initiative during the holy month.
He pointed out that the Foundation provided financial support to a number of humanitarian cases that participated through the relevant radio programs to contribute to treating patients, performing surgical operations, providing health care, and providing aid and support, noting that this initiative comes from zakat money and proceeds from endowment projects.
Klender stated that the Foundation is keen to cooperate with the various parties concerned with following up these cases to find out their needs and provide financial support to relieve their distress and bring joy and pleasure to their souls, adding that the Foundation works throughout the year to identify the needs of society and meet the requirements of segments in need of help, and that these efforts are multiplied during the course of the year. The holy month.
He pointed out that the Foundation participates in most of the humanitarian initiatives launched by charitable associations and institutions, in accordance with the vision of the wise leadership in extending a helping hand to the needy and humanitarian cases and consolidating the spirit of solidarity and community cohesion.
