Al-Kabbag follows the repercussions of the Aswan Mall fire
Relay Nevin Al-Kabbaj, Minister of Social Solidarity, the repercussions of the fire that broke out today in a commercial mall on Heroes of Tahrir Street in central Aswan, “Phileh Mall”, The fire destroyed the contents of the mall’s stores, and fire trucks were immediately dispatched, and property losses are being assessed.
Immediately after the accident occurred, the Minister of Social Solidarity contacted the Governor of Aswan. Mr. Major General Ashraf Attia, to follow up on the accident, which initial estimates indicate damage 65 shops and 2 apartments, and 9 individuals suffered suffocation without any loss of life.
The Minister of Social Solidarity directed the Director of the Social Solidarity Directorate in Aswan Governorate, Mr. Mohamed Youssef, to quickly go and be present at the site of the accident. As well as the District Relief Committee and the Egyptian Red Crescent to provide the necessary interventions, determine the repercussions of the accident, count the losses, and take the necessary measures to quickly complete the necessary social research to quickly support the affected people and disburse aid.
