Dubai, April 17 / WAM / Dubai Airports has asked travelers not to go to Terminal 1, unless their departure flight has been confirmed by their airlines.
Dubai Airports reported that, due to the overcrowding situation, entry to Terminal 1 is now restricted to passengers whose flights have been confirmed, noting that there are no re-booking offices available in the building.
She urged travelers to contact their airline for updates on the status of their flights.
“Dubai Airports” added in its update on the impact of the weather situation that the country witnessed on Dubai International Airport, “The exceptional weather conditions witnessed by the United Arab Emirates led to delays or cancellations in the flight schedule.” She stressed the continuation of work to return operational operations to normal as soon as possible.
